Dorsarian had grown bored with just setting a destiny of the animals and plants, which for him means he had found no flaws in how it should be. He took that time to return to the realm of gods and head to his home, the halls of destiny "Now to get to creation of a race, I can already see thus things being made by brother and we shall see what will be done by me."
The god plucked a string from the upper lofts of his halls and smiled, though none would see the string he knew he was choosing a special one "And from this string shall be formed a race." The god quickly spread it over his map and worked it into a feminine shape "The special sight shall be had by three of each generation." He sliced his finger on his map and squeezed his finger, letting three drops fall onto the string.
He quickly sliced off more of the string and put it over his shoulder. The map closing and reopening, a female form, unnaturally beautiful "I shall name them the Valsord." He kissed his creation on the head and put her to the side, his finger healed by now "Now to make the male part of their kind." He arranged it into a warrior's build, wanting a protector for the beings "And you shall have one of every generation with the sight." He resliced his finger and squeezed until one drop fell onto the string, the process was repeated and the god placed his hand over the male's right eye, a red mark forming on the flesh.
He quickly shaped the two beings and added lion tails to the two creations of his "I will add the things I wish to see on you." The hands of the male growing fur as did parts of his chest, the female was left furless though her hair grew long and the air around it seemed to twist and spiral about visibly.";

Outside the Halls of Destiny, a large metal door sprang from the earth. Ryduvu stepped through a hand-made tesseract back to the heavenly Fjord of Palaces and to the home of Dorsarian. He wished to see if the God of Fate could perhaps lend him some insight on what made a Soul.
Ryduvu stepped to the front door of the Hall, and knocked, always displaying etiquette to his fellow gods.
Ryduvu stepped to the front door of the Hall, and knocked, always displaying etiquette to his fellow gods.
Sarian slipped out and smiled "Hello Brother, I see the beginnings of your work, what would bring you to stop building such a noble endeavor?" The threads of destiny already showed for the creations of the young gods. The hall would look empty to the young forge god except for the maps that were up on his walls every so often.
Ryduvu was not surprised that Dorsarian knew of his efforts, "And inventor's troubled mind, my brother." He sighed, "My great curse, being a god of Craftsmen, is that like a Craftsman I can never know the path one of my creations must take. The universe requires this, as I am sure you understand, so I may know the toils of that which I represent and understand them. Like a craftsman, I must muse and be inspired to solutions for problems in my creations." He paced the hall, his head on a swivel as he looked at everything about him, eager for anything that might help him resolve his problems. "And so it comes to this, I can see the final form of my creations, but I have hit a block...I do not understand what makes a creature more than a simple beast. And more over, what I can do to craft this into their forms. I was hoping that by speaking with my fellow gods, I might come to understand more about the creation of actual existence."
Sarian smiled "Ahh a soul and free will. Come with me." He motioned off to the eastern hall, Ryduvu would be able to see the god's creations there, the form of the male and female without their markings mindless at that point in time "The goddess has progressed beyond us in free will and soul but I find taking our time can create something of equal beauty and something we will be able to replicate. Once I am finished they will have free-will and once I put them in the mortal realm they'll gain their souls, it's a trigger in their fabric. They will be finished soon."
