What a wonderful day it was for a fresh adventure throughout the beautiful region of Spica. The sun was shining, the breeze was gentle, and the skies were clear as clear could be. Pidove were singing, people were peopling, all in all, it was a beautiful day in which nothing at all could go wrong. Lunarias was a surprisingly cold city despite being situated just east of the Goldenrod Desert.
However, since spring had arrived just the other day, the city had warmed up considerably. While the average person wouldn't consider it to be the type of day that one would generally think of relaxing in a swimming pool, but it wasn't cold enough that you'd need fifty layers just to prevent yourself from turning into an Ice-type, though a light jacket or windbreaker would definitely be appreciated for most people.
Anyways, enough talking about the weather and lets get to what we're really here for, and that's the three siblings planning to head off on their adventure today. Johnny, just sixteen years old was leaving with his beloved Meowstic whom had just recently evolved. The pair were obviously quite close to one another, you could see that just by looking at them. The wannabe cowboy earned his nickname by his style of clothing and his mannerisms. He wore his usual; a blue, long sleeved, button up shirt tucked into a pair of blue jeans, a brown pair of boots, and a black cowboy hat. The little Psychic-type on his shoulder wore a crimson scarf with an arrowhead that looked suspiciously like the logo for the Kansas City Chiefs. The two were ready for their new adventure through a new land, planning to take of the Spica League in hopes of becoming the region's new champion.
Alongside the wannabe cowboy were two kids, his younger, twin sisters. Cecilia was a spunky, tough girl with a no nonsense attitude and an aura that felt quite serious in comparison to the other two. Her hair was dark colored like her brother and her eyes were a stunningly deep violet color. The ten year old had a small Eevee on her shoulder, like the Meowstic on Johnny's shoulder, the little Eevee had a silver scarf around her neck. Like her brother, she also wore a pair of brown boots, though she wore a crimson dress that reached down below her knees and her long hair was worn down in a braided ponytail, reaching to just below the center of her back. On the outside, she looked adorable, but often times looks are rather deceiving, as the young girl could easily wrestle down a Machamp with little problem.
Lastly, there was little Gabrielle. Unlike Cecilia, the violet clad sister was quite shy and soft spoken at times, generally preferring to let her siblings do the talking for her whenever she deems necessary. Her outfit was extremely similar to Cecilia's, however she wore a violet dress. Her hair was worn in long twintails, reaching down to her waist, and her eyes were like freshly cut amethysts. In her arms was her beloved Vulpix, and the little Fire-type wore a violet bow.
Today was the day the three began their journey throughout the Spica region in hopes of accomplishing their goals. The three wished to become the first ever triple threat champion, causing all trainers to face them with three Pokemon at once. While their dream was probably far-fetched, it was definitely worth a shot. And with that, they began heading for the Venus Cafe, one of the many astronomy themed eateries within Lunarias.
"So, brother.. Where are heading towards after we're done at the cafe?" Asked a sprightly Cecilia, smiling up at Johnny. Obviously, the three siblings held a deep amount of affection for each one another. Though, this powerful bond could've just been due to the fact that they've never once been separated from one another. Johnny thought for a moment. "The first gym's out in Villanova, so depending on where we're going, we'll have to pass through another town. I think Lenexa might be our best option, as at least there, we can take a train out to Villanova." The brother explained, ordering up some hot chocolates and cinnamon rolls for the trio. Gabrielle was mostly silent, not sure what, or if she could inject anything into this conversation or not.

Speaking of suns... A couple Team Solar Grunts were roaming the streets, freezing their limbs off. They, of course, had skirts and shorts, as well as sleeveless tops, per the uniform. Sure, it wasn't that bad out, but the thing about Team Solar is that most of them get cold easily, due mostly to the fact that they had just arrived from a-uh-warmer climate, as a group. You see, this group, though small, was steadily expanding... And they'd done all they could in their last home. Their best bet of expansion was moving... And it lowered their chance of getting caught. You can only steal so many Pokémon before you get arrested.
Walking along behind the Grunts were Vega and Oberon, two Team Solar Admins. Both were dressed like normal citydwellers. Vega had her bright ginger hair tied up, revealing her sun earrings, with a pair of sunglasses and a sunny yellow sweater, with a lovely sun on the back. Oberon dressed practically the same, the only difference being that they had a sun watch in place of earrings.
"Oi, Vega," one of the Grunts addressed her, turning to speak to her and walking backwards down the street. "Listen, this place is nice and all, but why do we have to dress like this while you two don't?" He rubbed his arms to warm them up. "I mean, you're already walking with us. It's already suspicious! There's no point!" Vega rolled her eyes and pulled down her sunglasses in response.
"Obviously so that when we break, you two can go off while we do our jobs. Different job, different uniform. I don't make the rules." She chuckled quietly as the Grunt turned forward with a hmph.
"Didn't they teach you not to question us, anyways?" Oberon asked the Grunt. "We give orders, you follow them. That's the way it goes."
"And you expect me to do that without question?"
"Well, I mean... Yeah. Most Grunts do that," his partner Grunt chimed in in her very high and cute voice. "I don't think I've ever seen a Grunt question their Admins..."
"Have you ever seen a team succeed?"

Mika awoke bright an early to the lovely sun which had started shining through her windows, the tiny figure sat up and got dressed walking downstairs she smelled something sweet. "Morning mom!" She called out with a smile on her face as she sat at the table her absol an Meowstick we're running around playing with one another as Mika's mother set their food down the two stopped."meow! Sol!" The two spoke as a thank you, beginning to munh on their food.
Mika sighed her mother turning around "what's wrong darling?" Mika looked up with wide eyes "o..oh nothing it just.." her mother smiled "it's ok to be scared, I know your worried about leaving for your journey but you can't live with your mother forever! But don't worry I shall visit you often my little mi mi!" She said reassuringly "mom!" She said annoyed by the nickname but giggled with a smile anyway "thanks... I know my journey my hold challenges! But I'm determined to become the best Pokemon preformer!" She said cheerfully looking down at her beloved two Pokemon. "That's my girl! Now go explore the world and meet your team, and friends!" Her mother spoke while grabbing her things for the trip.
Not long after Mika was on her way Meowstick on her shoulder and absol at her side the three of them made their way through the city of lunarias, Mika came to a halt seeing a very wierd group in strange outfits Meowstick must have got a word vibe as well she began speaking "meow meow!" Absol replied to Meowstick "absol ab!" Mika smiled "don't worry you two they are just city dwellers! At least I think..?" She spoke looking at the grunts with a nudge of her shoulders he started moving again.
"Meow!" The Meowstick mewled trying to point in the direction of a food stand, "hungry?" Mika asked looking at the two "well I guess but after we should find someone to battle! I mean it would be are first battle as a team right?" She spoke eagerly the two Pokemon nodding as they went to the food stand Mika bought a few pokepuffs for the two and a sandwich for herself. They ate til their hearts content then searched around for a battle field. Finding one Mika smiled "we may not be able to battle anyone but we can train!"
Once at the field they started practicing on their preformance "Echo Psybeam! Zoly DarkPulse!" Mika shouted the combination made a beautiful purple and pink aura and sparkles falling to the ground. "Ok now we practice dodging! Zoly Darkpulse at Echo! Echo use teleport to escape! Then echo use Psybeam on Zoly, an Zoly dodge with double team!" The three counting their hard work had a blast but knew it wasn't gonna be as easy facing a real trainer.

Meanwhile, two young girls happily roamed the city, simply taking in whatever sights there may be. As one could probably tell from a glance, the two girls weren't related at all, rather they were close friends who grew up together and had set off on their journey together.
The younger and energetic girl with the freckles was Ally Wilson. She had aspirations to catch a Mew, and boy was she determined. She's been searching for this Pokémon ever since she had set off on her journey and she still hasn't lost hope.
The slightly older and shyer girl with the golden colored eyes was Maria Prescott. While she had her own legendary Pokémon, a Moltres, it was more of a rescue catch and she rarely ever used it in battle. The most she's ever used the Pokémon for was transportation over long distances.
As they wandered, Ally had spotted a café and pointed it out, "Hey look Maria, there's a café over there! Let's go check it out and see what they have!" That was Ally speak for 'let's go get some sweets from that café!' Maria sighed a bit and went with her friend into the café. She never really did well in any form of crowd, but she went along with Ally since she didn't really want to have to face interacting with other people by herself.

Being the curious little Pokemon that Eevee was, she decided to go investigate that rather excitable sounding voices. Like her trainer, little Eevee was always the kind to go and greet people just for the fun of it. Though, this could've just been an opportunity to allow Cecilia to pair her brother up with people like she always did.
Upon coming across the freckled girl, the Eevee pawed at her legs excitably. Much like her trainer, she was always up for making a new friend and the girl she discovered seemed like a friendly ol' chap. The little Normal-type made all kinds of happy noises up at her.
Noticing her Pokemon was gone, Cecilia went to go look for Eevee, shaking her head. "Naughty little thing ran off again... I thought I taught her better..." She sighed. Once she noticed her Eevee messing around with the girl, she gently lifted up the little one. "Sorry about Eevee, she's always been like this." She offered a warm smile.

Ally laughed softly at the little Eevee that was pawing at her legs, "Such a cute little Pokémon." She smiled and pet the little normal type. Ally had a deep love for Pokémon, especially Eevee. She just loved the potential behind what the Pokémon could evolve into, not to mention how cute a Pokémon it was in general.
Maria smiled at the scene between Ally and the Eevee. Like her friend, Maria also held a deep love for Pokémon and always enjoyed being around them. Although, she didn't battle her Pokémon as often as her friend did. She only really battled Pokémon when she absolutely had to.
Ally offered a warm smile in return to the girl who had come to get the little Eevee who had greeted her. "It's alright. My Jolteon's always running off after one thing or the other as well." she laughed a bit.

"Seems like Silk really likes you, miss." Cecilia stated with a small giggle. "I'm Cecilia, perhaps since Silk seems to like you so much, maybe you and your friend would be willing to join us for some coffee? I think my sister and older brother would love to meet you." She offered happily, beaming up at the two.
Ally giggled a bit as well and nodded in agreement when the girl who had introduced herself as Cecilia said that it seemed the Eevee liked her. She smiled happily at the offer, "That sounds great! Though, I would hate to impose... Oh! And I'm Ally and that's Maria!" She was in a really good mood at the moment. Maria laughed softly at her energetic friend.
"You wouldn't be imposing if I invited you, Ally." Cecilia teased playfully, going to head over towards her siblings. "I think my siblings will like you guys, Gabrielle's a bit shy while Johnny is quite the comedian." While on the outside, this just looked like an attempt for Cecilia to make new friends, while in reality she was just trying to find a date for her brother. She's been doing this for as long as she been able to walk.
Ally laughed a bit at the teasing from Cecilia, "If you say so." She followed after the girl as she headed over to her siblings. Maria quietly followed after the two. Both seemed to be in pretty good moods at the moment. They hoped that Cecilia's siblings would like them as they thought it would be quite nice to make some more friends.
Not too far away from the group, a 16 year old celebrity pokemon trainer named Macie Melody Lightfoot was sitting around and playing around with her pokemon. She had 14 pokemon and each of them were playing. Her Camerupt was stomping the ground and causing the ground to shake a little as he was not feeling too good. There was a theory that every ten years Camerupt's were believed to release Magma from the volcanoes on their backs in a violent fury. However Macie's Camerupt was trying to fight it as he knew that it could cause damage and unintentionally hurt Macie bad. He was scared...
Macie: *Trying to calm Camerupt down* Come on, Camerupt. Sweetie... please calm down. It's gonna be okay. It's gonna be fine. Would you like me to sing to you?
Machoke: *Fearing the worst* Ma...Ma...Ma...Ma... Machoke!
Macie: Muscle Star, Stop. It's gonna be okay. We can calm him. It's just a matter of will that's all.
Macie then got out her Microphone and came out with singing...
Macie: *Singing* ”
Nobody told me that I’d be in happy places
Just trying to erase the traces
What came before me
A girl that I used to see somewhere very deep
She’s falling asleep and I’m trying to wake her said her pray
Now is a never ending thing
One more minute turns into another
Before I’ve had time to to run from all the other ones
And its so hard to live a dream
When the everything that they want you to be
Is anything but me
So much confusion circling inside my head
What this one and that one said
Its all an illusion
‘Cause I’m still the same person no matter how fast I run
I’m trying to hold on to where it is I come from
Now is a never ending thing
One more minute turns into another
Before I’ve had time to to run from all the other ones
And its so hard to live a dream
When the everything that they want you to be
Is anything but me
Anything but me
