((Ppl about to throw down I think.))
((Oh shit- I just realized what I did XD sorry!))
((Np. Just edit yours and I'll edit mine.))
Hey guys. Did you know I have been in a car accident, and have been seriously injured? Me, Joseph, Katie, and Jack. After a party.
It hurt so bad. It is in my Strings story.
((Dude, that sucks.
(I'm not implying that you're a guy btw. I refer to everyone as Dude.)))
Btw guys, I just wanted 2 share w/ u how I told Joseph I loved him:
Joseph caught up with me after school and grabbed my hand. He dragged me around the school until we were in one of the deserted places that some misfits eat lunch. Joseph and I used to eat here. Now we aren’t misfits, we’re somewhere in the middle.
“You aren’t okay, so stop telling me that. Charlotte, please tell me whats wrong.” Joseph says, his green eyes pleading with me.
I laugh, although it’s really more of a sob.
“What?” Joseph asks, confused.
“Are you really this blind? Can you really not see it?”
Joseph looks shocked, and confused, and astounded. Why can’t he understand?
“I love you idiot!” I cry out, and it wouldn’t surprise me if someone else heard. “I have for years and you could never see it!” I’m crying now, tears streaming down my face. I’ve held this in so long.
“Do we have a string?” He asks. Why does that have to be what he asks?
I shake my head. “There’s the problem. My life is one huge joke and that’s the punchline!”
Joseph is shocked, his green eyes wide. What have I done? Have I just destroyed years of friendship? Have I lost him?
And then, so quickly I’m not even sure it happened, Joseph kissed me. And promptly started running the other way.
I crouch behind the fiery netherrack blocks, my enchanted armor dimmed in the fire's glow. I point to an obsidian castle in the distance. "That is my father and my sister's house." I say, fear playing in my voice."
Btw, I got hit by the car two months ago, and I wanna share w/ you a funny moment once I told my friend Katie Basinger about the Strings.
“Yeah, shame you didn’t tell me sooner. Hey, who’s Jack’s soul mate? Or do you not know?” Katie asked.
I glanced at Joseph who started laughing so hard that he fell off Katie's bed.
“What?” Katie asked in confusion.
“It’s Tomas Conlon...” I said, quietly.
“Oh, you are so kidding me!” Katie said.
“Okay, you might be mad but lets not say anything you’ll regret.” Joseph said, still laughing a bit.
“I’m not homophobic, I’m a very open and nice person, I mean I’m biracial so I’m not racist, and I’m certainly not sexist. It’s just for an entire year you let me date a guy you knew wasn’t my soul mate!” Katie said, giggling.
“Yeah, sorry about that.” I said.
(Btw...I mean Luca's soul mate, not Jack. Jack is Katie's current boyfriend. Luca is gay, and me and Joseph let her date him for an entire year before I told her about the Strings. XD LOL! :D
how do you italicize words?
((As you write a post, there's some thingies on the top of the box. Highlight what you want then press the italics button...))
Here is another excerpt from my story Strings: The part where I am hit by the car:
“So wait, you can see strings and they connect soul mates?” Jack asks for the fourth time.
I nod, grinning. “Yup.”
“Whoa.” He says again.
“So who’s my soul mate?” He asks.
Joseph, Katie, and I share a look. Katie nods. “You and Katie.” I say.
“Me and Katie?” He asks, grinning. I nod. Jack opens his mouth as if to say something but no sounds come out.
“Is this a bad thing?” Katie challenges.
Jack shakes his head so hard I think he’ll give himself whiplash. “No, this is an amazing thing, this is fantastic!” He says, cupping Katie's face in his hands and kissing her.
“Sorry, it’s just I really like you and I’ve been worried you didn’t feel the same way. Wait, do you feel the same way?” Jack asks.
“Of course I do, stupid.” Katie laughs, mostly at Jack’s reaction, but I can tell she’s a mixture of relieved and elated.
“Police!” Someone shouts.
“It was only a matter of time.” I sigh.
We all scramble up and into the throng of pushing people. I know some people brought alcohol to the party but Jack, Katie, Joseph, and I have had none. Still, that doesn’t mean we wouldn’t get in trouble.
Katie and Jack duck quickly into Jack's car, which he and Joseph had driven here, and Joseph and I are left to walk. We’d hitch a ride with Jack and Katie but then we’d be more likely to be pulled over, a car full of teenagers after a party’s been busted is suspicious, a car with two teenagers isn’t. Word about it got around high school pretty fast and ever since people have been careful about fleeing parties, even if you do nothing wrong you can still get in trouble, I guess that’s just the twisted system.
Joseph and I start walking down the well lit sidewalk. The buildings are still bright, despite the hour, and cars still line the road. People say Manhattan never sleeps but neither does Georgia.
A strong breeze sweeps over, carrying the scent of the sea, not to far from where we walk. Joseph grins and grabs my arm, spinning me around like we’re dancing. We don’t actually stop walking in the middle of the crowded sidewalk but we spin a few times as we walk down.
And then it’s like everything I ever knew has been proven, undeniably wrong. Joseph will never like me. Wrong. I’ll never be happy with the strings. Wrong. I’ll love Joseph hopelessly. Wrong. I’ll always be safe. Wrong. Joseph will always be safe. Wrong. Wrong, wrong, wrong.
Because then there’s the sharp screech of tires. There are screams so loud they could kill you with only the fear they carry. And then there is black. Pure, suffocating, deadly, blackness. And just before I loose consciousness I hear the wail of sirens.
((I'm getting overwhelmed by all of the OOC stuff here T.T))
sry Ender, I'll stop with the OOC stuff
((No it's ok. I'm just overwhelmed XD))
