Once they were both out of the water Honeytuft managed to drag herself a bit further, her entire body shaking with cold. She could hear her brother next to her, dripping wet from his stomach down, but she couldn't make out what he said. Adrenaline rushed though her and her entire body had gone numb from the cold.

Still, she made it next to Mosspebble before collapsing onto the ground. Leon frantically buzzed around her, trying to lick some of the water off her pelt and fussing over if she was okay or not. Honeytuft ignored him, instead choosing to mumble to Mosspebble. "You okay? Because it would be kinda awkward if someone else had to nurse the medicine cat back to health," she joked weakly.
Mosspebble managed to let out a small giggle, letting her head collapse into her soaked paws. Well, every part of her was soaked; whisker to tail tip. "I think you'd be correct, it would be kinda odd." She didn't bother getting up, it she was still too cold to make an effort to move a lot at the moment. She noticed Leon franticly running around the two of them before finally saying, "I'm alright, thank you for tossing us the stick."
Foxsong stopped licking Mosspebble and stood up, “What happened? You know the rocks are slippery.” She spun towards Leon, questioning him with her gaze.
Foxtip was busy following the fox trail to notice, it smelled like his dad.but how? He thought his mom had killed him, or she said she did.he followed he tracks all beyond territory and into the kitty pet place. He didn't notice the huge monster and fell to the ground when he was hit. "
Leon shook his head, still hovering around the two. "No, don't thank me, I was-" The tom stopped when the deputy turned to look at him. He swallowed hard and let out a nervous laugh. "I mean! You're welcome! B-Because I helped save you guys! Yeah!"

Honeytuft tried to let out a sigh, but it came out as a ragged cough. "Could we just try to get back to camp? I think Mosspebble and I need a warm, dry nest right about now," she managed to say through the shivers.
Foxsong nodded, “Honeytuft is right, we need to get back to camp. Has anyone seen Foxtip around?”

She scented the air and looked around, then shook her head. “He’ll come back eventually, let’s hear back, it’s been quit the eventful morning.”
Foxtip rose to his paws, ignoring the pain and continuing his trail, falling at times because he had to limp on his left front paw. 'Maybe just a thorn' he thought. He got to the den and saw a dark figure. "dad?" He asked "is it you?" The battle scared beast rose up and flashed his teeth at him. "Dad?!" He said, backing away, The fox scratched his ear and that as enough to make fox tip run out of the den and into the camp. He smiled at the concerned looked cats and went to lay in he warrior den
Minnowstone had branched off from the rest of the group to patrol the border at Foxsong’s request. She liked to patrol alone — it was an important task, yes, but it doubled as a calming part of her morning. She doubted she would find anything of note; in fact, she hoped that she didn’t.

She hadn’t been near the river when the commotion with Leon and Mosspebble occurred, but when she heard their yells, she bounded over as quickly as she could. By the time she reached the others, Mosspebble was safely out of the river, but the others were buzzing around her with a worried, anxious air. She stuck to the back of the group, unsure if anyone had even noticed her arrival. She was concerned about Mosspebble, too, but figured she would ask Honeytuft what had happened once everyone was safely back at camp.
Foxsong noticed Minnowstone’s return and padded over to her. “Did you notice anything at the border? Honeytuft has spotted paw prints before this happened.” She asked, gesturing to the soaking cats with her tail.
"I second that notion." She replied, standing up next to Honeytuft. She followed behind the rest of the patrol as they guided her and Honeytuft back to camp. With a sigh, she looked up at Honeytuft. "Thank you again, for saving me. You really didn't need to jump in after me." She meowed gratefully.

"I do think though, that it might be best if you come stay in the medicine den for tonight. With your cough, you could be catching an illness and it wouldn't be good if it spread to the rest of the Warriors." Even though she lost the cobweb and forgot to ask another Clanmate to grab the tansy, there was still plenty of moss and cottonwood tufts laying around to fancy a warm nest.
Minnowstone considered Foxsong’s question, walking alongside the deputy as the group made their way back to camp. “No, nothing of note. Then again, my patrol was cut short when I came over to see if everything was alright. I could go back and double check if you’d like.” She spoke with a respectful tone; Minnowstone had always admired Foxsong. She was so young, and yet so in control. “Pawprints, you said? Not a cat’s?”
Foxsong shook her head, “They didn’t appear to be a cats but we can’t completely rule that out, we have to consider all possibilities at this point. For now, all we can do is report back to Drizzlestar with our findings. You don’t have to go back and double check, I’ll send out another patrol soon after we get back, everyone needs a break right now.”

The group continued walking, finally coming to the edge of the camp.
"I figured it was the quickest thing to do," Honeytuft said, shaking a bit of water out of her fur. At Mosspebble's suggestion she stumbled a bit. tripping over her paws and feeling her face get warm. "The.. medicine cat's den? Your den? For the night? I'm not sure about-" she was cut off by a coughing fit, sniffling from the cold when it passed. "Actually... that sounds like a really good idea."
