Ok, I'm finally getting back to this guys, sorry. Since I've been gone, have character rules changed or anything? My character Sinoch is fairly simple, just an Eastern sergal, who's a survivalist, adaptable to story necessity. He'd make great parkourist
Character rules haven't changed. But we're getting to the point where things are about to get rolling for real. Once the bomb hits, the scene is gonna change a lot. Instead of there being all kinds of safe places in open public areas, there are gonna be isolated safe spots and areas where if you get spotted, you're gonna be chased. It's promising to be a lot of fun. 
How is an eastern Sergal a survivalist? Was he like, mutated by the bomb? I didn't think animals could be mutated, but if they can...

Also what is everyone's time zones? Just to that I know when to expect a reply from people 
Well, for this story, he could be a doomsday prepper type. But a sergal is natural agile so he would be able to parkour his way around easily. I need to figure out for "mutation" though. Maybe just something simple, like fast healing since he's already a quick and strong creature.
Well, this does take place on earth, so I'm guessing he was hiding for his entire life? Because if I saw a shark-headed person irl I'd flip my shit.

Perhaps you could have like a 'years of radiation expose' type mutation for your Character, and I am in a CST timezone.

well what it could be is anthropomorphic characters could be a thing, but a real rarity. Or perhaps that is his mutation? Like a full body mutation with increased (not too much) speed,stamina, and healing.

Um... Genetic mutations aren't really a thing I was thinking the bomb would do. But you know... We know more about space than we do our own oceans, so really, who knows what could be lurking below the waves...
