"Well... If you say so."

This part of campus was new to him; he typically never strayed too far from the science department. Depending on how this unexpected club recruitment goes, he may be seeing a bit more of it.

Jie Huo looked around at the decorations. The department had a lot more attention to aesthetics than the others; the majority of it was probably students' work.
Jie Huo looked over at him, "She? You mean your sister?"

Where the popular Apollo went, so too did his twin - they weren't exactly hard to miss. Jie Huo had to admire the skill of Artemis whenever he passed the archery range on his way home; she handled the bow with fierce precision and accuracy as he did with a scalpel.
Niki walked over to the art block hoping to catch up to Apollo, she figured it would be better to just get it over with. Deliver the message and then get to work on the archery club, if she meant to take over she'd need to get her skills up. Be the best, maybe even win a few competitions depending on how long Artemis would be gone for.
Jie Huo waited alongside Apollo as he pondered what to do about his sister.

Out of the corner of his eye, he saw a woman approaching them. She looked fairly athletic and clearly knew Apollo judging from the b-line she was making in their direction.

"This... Veronica? Would she happen to be that woman over there?" Jie Huo said, pointing at her.
He let out a slow soft pleasing sigh, his exhale letting his hot breath tease against her lips, as a tiny little shiver goes down his spine. "You know very well I cannot resist you, when you are like this." He says with another almost defeated sigh. "I think the Tartarus will miss me tonight, but you do drive a hard bargain." Clearly having almost fallen under a stance of hers, seeming eager to change his plans for her company.

She could feel his stomach suck in as he teased along his belt, letting out another sigh that comes out more a soft moan. "Now now, we better save something for tonight, after all how could I leave you sleeping on some dorm room couch, my bed is big enough for two." He says letting his tongue peek out just a bit to lick his lips.
Soon enough Matthew had buried himself inside the metal shop and spent much of the afternoon there finishing various sketches and beginning his most ambitious project yet. It was to be a thing of what he though was unearthly beauty and power. Sweat trickled down his face as the room grew hot and his body strained itself.

Each eye was to be sculpted precisely, each curve carved with delicacy, and each facial feature a thing of absolute artistry. He had no idea what drove him to work beyond the strain he’d grown accustom to. It was almost euphoric when he finished the arm alone.
Niki shook her head and turned to face Apollo, for some odd reason she felt a smile grow on her lips. Pure confidence and triumph filled her and for a second it was as if the world had a gold tint to it.

"Apollo..." she said "Hi... Artemis told me to tell you..."
Niki paused and turned to the student beside him. "Hi, I'm Veronica."
"Again with the visions..." Jie Huo thought to himself.

"Jie Huo..." he replied, inwardly shrinking into himself. He recognised Veronica from the college's newsletters; she was always at the top of any athletics or sports-related competitions. She also happened to have garnered some enemies along the way. No doubt just some envious classmates mad that they can't attain her level of skill.
"Yeah... Not really sure." Niki shrugged. "She just said to tell you I'm taking over the archery club. She also will be gone for some time." Niki frowned "And before you ask, she refused to tell me where or why she was going."

Niki tried to smile, in all honesty she cared about Artemis's disappearance but probably not as much as Apollo. It also meant she wouldn't be able to have that contest with her roommate, but now on top of an impossible exam, she had to lead the archery club. Which meant she had to learn how to use a bow and arrow, something she had hoped Artemis would help her with.
'Anyone else would fall apart, but I...' she almost smirked. 'Am unstoppable.'
Jie Huo listened closely to Apollo and Veronica's discussion.

It was quite disconcerting that a member of Apollo's own family would vanish without him knowing the where and why of it all; if Shui Jiao ever did anything like that to Jie Huo, there would be a high likelihood of a new cadaver in the biology department.

In all seriousness, Apollo did look very concerned about his sister and Jie Huo hoped that all would end well on that front.
It was unnerving to see the usually optimistic Apollo in such a saddened mood.

It was clear he loved his sister very much and Jie Huo could understand the sentiment. "If you'd like, I could help in your search?" No offence to Apollo but Jie Huo found this activity much more intriguing and urgent than reciting poetry.
Niki didn't really like Apollo that much but seeing him sad made her mood drop as well. She almost reached out and gave him a hug, but she didn't... It probably wouldn't have worked anyway.

The girl frowned, if what they were saying was true it would take a lot more tact to wrest control of the Archery club. Artemis was the sort to inspire loyalty, it would be suspicious if a new girl showed up and just took over, would be even worse if that same girl was horrible at archery.

"Look I can't just go in and tell them I'm taking over, especially if I'm also the one telling them Artemis is missing." She said "The best I can do is join after you announce it, then I challenge the person who'll take over." she tried to smile. "That would be easier, especially because ladies go crazy for you..." she paused. "Go look for her. Both of you, I need to study anyway, I have my final exam tomorrow."
Jie Huo nodded, "Alright, I'll go have a look around and see if anyone's seen her leave. I'll meet you at the gates when you're done."

He walked off with his usual all-business look and headed for the courtyard; if anyone would have a good chance of seeing her it would be these people. The prospect of talking with all of them was unsettling but if it was what was required, Jie Huo would have little choice in the matter.
Hearing this quickly snapped him out of his reverie. Setting his tools down he let out a big long sigh and stated.
“Suppose I should stop anyway, before I wrack up more debt. Anyhow, I’ll be taking what little I have here. Then I’ll be out of your hair for the night Mr.Lewis. Give your family my best wishes, and thank your daughter for being my new inspiration.”
He spoke nonchalantly as he placed his items into one of his bags on the chair and wheeled himself to the door.
Giving a slight wave back, Jie Huo stood in front of the two.

"Hey... have you seen Artemis around? Apollo's twin sister?" Everyone knew the twins though Artemis was a lot less social (and likeable in some regards) than her brother so a little clarification might have been required.

Jie Huo hoped that these two had seen at least a glimpse of her so that some headway could be made in this ordeal.
One side of his lips turn upwards into a coy smile, that turns into an eye roll as she moves to straddle him. "You are one of the few that may be my match." He says in a mix of admiration and teasing all in one. As her neck drifts near, he nips at it with both lips and teeth.

He let his hands rest on each side of her hips, thumbs playing along her midsection. "Do you need an excuse to ditch class today?" offering his usual playful wink as one hand on her hip swats her behind lightly. "Just because you are gorgeous without make up, doesn't mean you don't still have to put it on others."

Dion seemed far more open, but oddly attracted to Aphrodite today. Day dreaming a bit as he admiring the young woman in his lap. He makes an odd face, although to Aphrodite it would be without cause. "She was in my dream too" He thought but this only caused a smile to form, after all not the first time she had been in his erotic dreams.
Niki took the card in hand 'Okay... Bit excessive on the security, but okay...' she thought.

"I'll need a bit of practice, but I'll be the best soon enough." She smiled, it wasn't arrogance, just confidence. "Thanks. I don't really have a bow and arrow, is there one I can use?"

She hadn't ever held a bow and arrow but she had a feeling a bit of hard work would do the trick, the exam came first of course something else which would also require hard work. Nothing was handed to anyone, and Niki understood this better than anyone else.

She wasn't the best because she was lucky, she was the best because she worked for it. This was something she planned on drilling into the Archery Club.
"Hades...?" Jie Huo thought to himself, "Apollo isn't going to like this."

He thanked his classmates and headed for the gates to wait for Apollo. He had heard rumours about Hades and his methods; Artemis was a tough one but it was questionable whether she was tough enough for him. In time, however, they would soon have to find out.
Jie Huo nodded, "That I have. Apparently Artemis has been having problems with Hades and well... You know his reputation as well as I do."

He was concerned what Apollo's reaction would be to his sister's problems; if it was himself, he wouldn't show remorse though Apollo didn't seem the type to become that way. Then again, adversity brings out many new sides to people.
Dion rolls his eyes at her list of accuses all lined up. "If I didn't know better I'd think you had been waiting for exactly this opportunity. None of your girl friends have room for you, or is my company so intoxicating." His lips curl into a large smile, as an eye slowly winks, before his brow raises in question.

When she shifts and moves on Dion's lap, he does not even attempt to hide his own arousal. Instead shifts while she leans over to get her phone, so when she rests back on his lap, he pokes again her.

Shaking his head, as she so naturally calls in to get dismissed from class. Letting out a few soft coo's as she runs his hands along his chest, his own hands running up her outer thighs slowly. Letting finger nails tease, as they run along her hips, and around back and shoulders, seeming to purposefully miss her breasts, then back down her arms.

"You do that far too easily." He teases with a wicked little grin. "So Di what are the plans for you know tomorrow, and the next day." He says smile still on his lips but perhaps with some honest concern, which seems to surprise Dion a bit too.
