So, a very quick slab of rules for both players and characters:
°The basics of every RP: respect this simple ones at all cost. Don't insult each other for nothing, don't be jerks and absolutely don't discriminate between you all. Two characters arguing to each other can be accepted, but even there try to respect a limit to that; this is a game, after all.
°No Godmodding nor Metagaming or similar: your character, as divine it acn be or... whatever powers he/she have isn't an omniscient, all-knowing god. Even the mightiest and wisest among adventurers can fail, and for sure no one is an immortal, invincible walking tank.
°Grammar isn't optional : Of corse, try to be as clear as possible. Don't invent words that can complicate the action and don't use abbreviations that aren't compreensible, but most importantly try to use punctuation.
I'm not a strict grammar nazi, but this is something I'd love to see.
°For any questions and problems, feel free to ask: I'm not here just to watch silently players struggling to get out of a situation. For any doubt, or problems of various nature, ask me, I'll be happy to help at my best.
°Just have fun: Since this is something I want players to enjoy, don't start ruin someone's journey "because is fun". No, that's not fun, trust me, I don't think players want to get in a undesired war zone.
