Skeira is an independent and daring girl determined to prove she is not just another child of just another of her father's wives.
She comes from an earth elf tribe by the name of the Mahara. Her father has multiple wives that help keep up the position of chief passed through the family. Having so many brothers and sisters, Skeira is over-looked. As only third in line for the position of chief, she had to do something to seperate herself from her siblings and earn her father's favor. So she went into training for The Seven Storms.
When her step-brother Elrand also got chosen for The Seven Storms, she knew they might stand a chance. Elrand was strong and good with a sword and would always have her back. They'd make it far.
But now, she's not so sure. She's never left her tribe, let alone her world. And she also hasn't seen the other competitors yet...
