Pryveth
Pryveth is dominated by small, poor villages and slums - taxes are high to fund the opulence of the City of Masks and thanks to the abundant food supply and the mysticism of he capital its inhabitants are more or less satiated by this fact, there is minimal upwards mobility. If you are born poor you will die poor. To live in a city is to be wealthy, at least compared to those who live in the hamlets.
It's major contribution to global trade are gems and minerals, as well as unprocessed metal - it is also abundant with spices and salt, something most of the other countries lack. Pryveth is known for the quality of it's steel. Their most important trading partner is the Weeping Spine - though Pryveth doesn't engage in international trade that much at all, as very few of it's citizens can afford them and produce what they need within their communities.
Each hamlet is ruled by one of the Noble Houses - and frequently hamlets are won or lost in gambles between nobles.
It's people are known as the Pryvethi.

Okone's Perch
The only port in Pryveth, boundless amounts of exquisite silks and artifacts journey through it's waters every day and it's wealthy people dine on rare, aquatic delicacies.
It's wealthiest merchants are known as the Coin Lords and more or less bought their positions, it's a hotbed for piracy and quite a few of the Coin Lords either have a history of piracy or come from a family with a history of piracy. It is very wealthy,
The only way to be able to make a living in Okone's Perch is to buy protection, any merchant who travels the seas and docks in Okone pays a small tax to every important pirate (and they in turn to the Coin Lords to be able to keep operating) in order to keep their wares safe. Outsiders do this because Okone is an important and rich city.
Hamlets
Vlassy
A poor farming village that is the only town on the borders of both Norley and the Weeping Spine. Many of it's inhabitants are mixed race - either fully human but not fully Pryvethi (if descended from Nor people) or half-elf or half-fey if descended from the people of the Weeping Spine. Vlassy has just enough people to avoid incestual marriages.
Elcot
Cacot
Oothek
The closest town to Norley - it primarily functions as a warehouse district for the goods of Pryvethi and Nor merchants. It's too swamplike for any viable farming to happen, but it has been an example of innovative technology by creating a large enough town that practically floats on the swamp as well as chinampas.

Plains of Esterwyn
Esterwyn has no cities to speak of - it's people travel the grassy steppes and valleys hunting, gathering and herding their livestock. They don't speak any language the other countries understand and do not try to learn common. No outsiders are welcome in Esterwyn, though tribes sometimes war with one another there has been peace among them all for six generations.
Eldione's Ruins
Surrounded by a nigh impassable forest lies Eldione's ruins, perhaps the birth place of the sentient peoples or perhaps the first temple to the Elder Goddess. Whatever it was, it has been abandoned and left to crumble - it's massive and once beautiful marble work overrun with vines and flowers. A sign that perhaps even Eldione herself will one day die.
