The Story
Conflict. The cause of most evolutions. Often, its the source of new life. Conflict between Light and Dark is a strong war that will never ceasefire.
With Light becoming the dominant side, the Dark was losing territory. The Dark was about to lose its home. As a final act of defense, Shalith, the Lord of Darkness attempted to corrupt those who fought under the Light. Eventually, conflict was fought internally within the victims. With Dark & Light fighting over the same vessels, a new species was unintentionally birthed. The Shattered. A species that comes from the vessels of those who were corrupted from the Dark, but attempted to fight it using the remaining Light.
