You, along with the other players, can make this the best group EVAR! (Probably.)
If you have any suggestions for rules, layout, or anything else to improve the site, please speak up! I've been tweaking the group for a li'l while now, so input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Cheers and epicality,

The rules page is concise but informative, but it might be pertinent to stress what kind of content will be allowed; the forum rules make for an excellent basis for the group's rules, however I imagine that it might clear up any concerns if you stated what limits might be imposed on content. Are we going by the straight PG-13 rules of the forums, or is there some leniency for content that's on the "just barely" status for over the limit for the forums?
Also, you mention IC/OOC knowledge, but I'm curious as to what sort of position the group will take towards the perspectives of the players themselves. If we all get dropped into a land with our characters, while we'll recognize our characters (and they us, perhaps), would it be permissible for the players to immediately recognize the other players? Personally, I'm leaning towards a no on that, just because I think it would be more fun for all the players' in-RP personas to introduce themselves to one another if/when the players meet up. However, your group, your call, and I can roll with a decision either way on the matter.
Otherwise, I'm eager to get this show on the road; the site looks good, and, as mentioned, it's got concise but informative pages. Nice banner, too.

Ooh, good call, Witness! I'll get right to work on clarifying those two things in the rules.
Anything else?
Well, I don't know what you had in mind for the eponymous RP Land that we're all being dumped into with our brainchildren, but I presume it will be fantasy-like, based on what you've said in the thread. Maybe we could get a hint or two thrown our way if you've already got something in mind, or a brainstorming session for the group if it's going to be up to us to decide? I'd like to know, particularly, the general idea of where we're going to be dropped; a small country hamlet, a dark, foreboding forest, a grassy field with nondescript enemies to grind on for hours and EXP points...well, you get the gist. Also, player meetups: are we going to have to travel across the lands, searching far and wide for our fellow RPRians and their characters? I don't know about the rest of the members, but I'll be showing up in motorcycle boots and with a very grumpy Mirthean in tow, so walking for hours might be hazardous for my health-and I'm not talking about my feet.
I have questions. Oh, do I have questions. What era is the world? Will "ourselves" be allowed to "spawn" with whatever we carry on our person regularly? Will our clothing match the current era, or will we have to rob some poor traveller for clothes that will hopefully fit and not be too scratchy? Will it be up to the player to decide who is where, with the characters that they have authority over? Who should start the game? Will our human selfs be aware of our character's thoughts, like a wierd mind-reading ability?
Well, the setting I had in mind was a kind of computer-generated world. Like, some super-computer is controlling it all, but it feels like a fantasy setting. We, us, our player-turned-character selves will be our normal selves, carrying whatever we may have on us at the time of logging on to RP. (This means real life. If you log on for the first time to the thread while wearing jammies IRL, then you'll spawn that way in the game. This could make for interesting RP. ) We'll be like normal people IC, and our charas will be completely separate from us. They won't know who we are, but we may know who they are. They might love us or hate us, depending on their personalities and how we act, etc.
The era is the basic medieval fantasy setting in a small, basic continent with towns, forests, lakes, etc. We'll make up the details as we go along.
As for where we spawn, we'll all start out in some forest somewhere, separate from our characters. (They'll come in later.) We won't recognize each other on the spot, but after a few minutes of chit-chat, we'll be acquainted and then go adventuring with whatever we have.
Thus begins the epic of RP Lands.
(this is all open for discussion, if you see anything you don't like or have a better idea about, please speak up!)

I won't be able to join up until next week, is that fine? I see the RP is going strong, but I don't know if I'll have time this week. I'm up to my nose in all the other stuff!
oh god. characters don't know us? I hope I'm not forced to deploy Venrin, Naya or Darth Veera... O_O
That could be fun, trying to convince them we actually created them by telling them stuff only they are supposed to know. I'm all up for that one!
