Well, characters can't enter the IC until completed and accepted, so I would like it if the parts I put as required in the character sheets were completed. The character sheet is just supposed to serve as a starting point, what they have isn't static. They can always gather more or lose items, weapons, vehicles, and companions.
So, are we waiting for more people to join the roleplay before we begin?
