There aren't dice rolls, but that doesn't mean you can land every hit- in interactions with others, it's generally expected that you let the other player decide if you hit or not unless there was an OOC agreement. In interactions with NPCs, please allow me to decide if the hit lands or not narratively.
4- NPCs are generally controlled and created by me.
5- Please don't post any big situations with consulting me first, as I have a direction I want to take it and don't want to get off track too often.
