(Well you can redownload the newly uploaded character icon to get the extra bit of zoom you need.

(Just right click the character icon above the character who's icon you need more zoom on, then click "Save Image As..." and save it, then you can reupload the new icon and adjust it as you need to. Like in the case of Blade, I had to do it twice to just get the face, but yeah, that's abou tit.)
