Oh links, mostly links, if a link has png, jpeg or gif at the end you can send it as an image if you use the [img][/img] tags
And from the pics of you that i've seen, maybe like a red or amber, sometime of dark redish colour would look best for your tips, but then again i have terrible fashion sense so don't take my advice-

Rainbow and pink would probably be too vibrant, dark colourd such as the red or purple would actually probably look pretty good
