Power Description / Limitations
He can copy any movement that he sees. However, there are limitations to this. He can only copy movements that he's physically capable of. For example, he can't copy a contortionist or a bodybuilder and have the same effects. If he hasn't seen or practiced a movement for too long, then he is unable to replicate it.
His ability also lets him copy other abilities but this is much more difficult for him to do than copying movements. There are several limitations to this. He can only copy an ability after he's been observing it for at least a minute. He can only copy one ability at a time. Copying abilities places his body under great physical stress. Lower level abilities feel he ran a few laps around a football field, mid level abilities, a marathon. Even if it is available, he will very rarely try and copy a high-level ability because the strain will be so great that he risks permanent physical damage. He will usually avoid copying abilities because of the high physical cost of doing so.
Equipment: Wrist-mounted grapnel line launchers, utility belt, a single charge seismic gauntlet
Weaknesses: Prolonged fights. The harsh physical penalties of using his powers.
