Livestock
Animals raised on the isle for food/products, hybrid cattle (12), hybrid alpacas (10), chickens(8). Opxu (oxen), tuaf (alpaca)
Livestock protection dogs(8).
Cattle pasture and barn. But the cattle are allowed to roam throughout spring and summer, gathered in the fall for processing, and kept at the pastures during winter.

Consisting of upland forest, closed canopy dominated by Douglas-fir and big leaf maple.
Naturally fed fresh water streams, and a few lakes, feeding rivers that crawl to the ocean.
5120 acres of not cleared land.
SeasonsSpring - Scattered rainfall throughout. When there are sunny days, they rarely tip into temps of 75 °.
Summer - Clearer skies with less rain. A crisper feel to the weather. Heat tipping into the 100 ° range rarely.
Fall - Colder rainfall with smatterings of chilled sunny days. Temperatures start to fall into the lower 50 °'s.
Winter - Short, but stubborn. Snow storms do not drop more than an inch on the lower plains of the isle. The mountain regions can get more of a proper winter blanket.
How far is this isle from the Tether? - An 8-hour trip by boat to the north-east.
How far is this isle from Draru'ai - A day and a half trip by boat to the south-east.
Not all of those acres needs to be developed as well. Just the settlement buildings.
Undeveloped areas allow for hunting boar, rabbit, and small game. There are natural streams and rivers for fishing, and raising water based crops. -
Enough for a small settlement to be set up. "Houses" are not standard looking as 'taurs do not have standard living needs.
