... I'm not sure about adding an image. If you found a way to add it, then feel free to use it here. Usually I do to give people the idea of what the character looks like.
I'm thinking that the character may also be made this way. This is what it looks like.
Note: Inshuji leveled during gameplay and thus has stats that are a bit high.

So far, a criminal background from this universe....
Here's the ideas I have.
First of all... race...
The option I considered is for him to be a human with elven heritage. As of now, from what information I gathered, I recommend the heritage from both a human and a high elf. I failed to mention high elves as they are in this universe, but you'll see below.
Soul knife can certainly work here with a twist. The psychic blades most soul knives use in dnd universes could very well act like spectral shadow blades conjured here in this universe. Whether they affect the mind or soul is your choice.
Anyways, High Elves...
High Elves in Warcraft
High Elves, also known as Quel'dorei ("Children of Noble Birth"), are a rare and dwindling race in Warcraft, deeply connected to arcane magic and their shattered past.
---
Origins & History
Descended from Night Elves who followed Dath’Remar Sunstrider and defied the ban on arcane magic.
Settled in Quel’Thalas, creating the Sunwell, a font of arcane power that sustained their race.
Fought against Trolls, the Horde, and the Scourge during various wars.
Most became Blood Elves (Sin’dorei) after the destruction of the Sunwell, but a small group rejected fel magic and remained High Elves.
---
High Elves vs. Blood Elves
Many High Elves still hold onto their old culture and nobility, refusing to call themselves Blood Elves.
---
Culture & Society
Arcanists: High Elves have an innate talent for magic and were once the greatest mages in Azeroth.
Nobility & Isolation: They see themselves as superior to most races, though time has humbled many.
Small Populations: Most High Elves now live as exiles in Dalaran, Stormwind, or scattered outposts.
Notable High Elf Groups
Silver Covenant – A militant group of High Elves loyal to the Alliance, opposed to Blood Elves.
Dalaran Elves – Many High Elves serve in Dalaran, acting as scholars and mages.
Rangers of Quel’Thalas – Some traditional ranger lords still hold to High Elf ideals.
---
High Elf Traits (Warcraft Perspective)
Magic-Infused Lifespan: High Elves live thousands of years, though most are still young compared to Night Elves.
Sharp-Eyed & Agile: Many High Elves become rangers, rogues, or arcane archers.
Arcane Sensitivity: Can sense and manipulate magic more easily than most races.
Deep Pride: Many still hold onto their nobility, despite being outnumbered by Blood Elves.
---
Oh, and psychic whispers? Probably mind powers that come with his magic.

Oh, and psychic whispers? Probably mind powers that come with his magic.
In DnD psionics is a form of magic that is undetectable by any way other than another psionics user. It also comes straight from the user’s mind
But at later levels specifically soulknife rouges infuse their soul with their psionics and they’re able to do more with their blades
There are more psionic subclasses in DND but I’m specifically talking about soulknife rouge
Also psionics doesn’t affect physical matter, instead it damages incorporeal things, but sense souls and minds are incorporeal it can still damage living creatures
I have a character sheet but it’s for DND
Also his mom is an elf and his dad is human
I know what the soulknives are and aside from being translated like this, they do not have a direct match in the warcraft universe, because psychic, which isn't very common if it exists whatsoever. The schools of magic available are fire, frost, nature, shadow, holy, and arcane. You'll see for yourself here.

Well, I don’t know, it deals damage directly to a person’s soul instead of their body but I don’t care too much what magic type it uses except for ones that are element related

Just informing you. As long as you're fine. And well, don't worry too much on the other elements. What matters is your creativity made this possible. So a soul directly? If that makes sense for the character so be it.
Are you particularly picky about exactly who the parents were?
Well, that kind of links into my backstory
Ignore the one I posted not with my character right above
