Bubbles fizzle on the water's surface and then pop with a splash, as Didi comes up for air, gasping. Her Wurmple is wobbling about, unable to effectively swim. Didi looks down and sees the shadow approaching again, then scoops up Wurmple and puts him on her head and swims for her life toward the beach a hundred feet away. The sandy coast is populated only by krabby though, and she can't make out if any trainers might be able to see her, suddenly a tentacle wraps around her ankle and she screams in pain as an angry Tentacruel surfaces behind her, it's blue body gleaming in the sunlight. "Help!" she coughs. It was a weird day for the beach of Olivine not to be filled with trainers.
