Okay so before we get into too much details of the Academy universe we need to figure out how we want the group set up. What kind of things would you guys like to see within the group?

I have experience in creating guilds on neopets but I've never created a group on here before. I notice that here I'll have a little more freedom in writing where on neo I had to keep it kid friendly.

What kind of things do you think people would be interested in and want to be apart of?
As an admin of multiple (now dead, single manly tear) roleplaying boards, I have to say that with freeform, unless someone takes the reigns, people tend to make their own plots, involving whoever happens to get caught in the crossfire. If you want this kind of sandbox play, I'd say focus on detailing the grounds and what kind of things happen.
If you want there to be a structured plot, make sure that everyone's involved. Too many of these boards, once big enough, ignore newer players in favor of older members with more "political" sway. Of course, in a multi-member freeform setting, keeping a plot going where you want it is difficult.

I was leaning more towards the sandbox idea with some construction. I don't know if you seen Harry Potter but almost like how that is run. For the most part students will have their groups and classes and dorms. We can have events throughout the school but for the most part everyone is creating their own connections and relationships. I don't think a huge plot is really needed as it should be easy to find somewhere to roleplay within. I think if we provide the settings and revealing bits and pieces of the Academy then things will tend to fall into place... I hope that makes sense.. I'm still not feeling well so I probably make no sense at all and I apologize now.

It makes sense to me.
Cool, I'm going to head out for the night. I'm really sorry. I hope this cold flu or whatever breaks soon. I promise once I'm better guys I'll get things up and going.
Oh, how open are we as far as the supernatural goes? Like, say I'm an Asura. Am I that guy who's always wearing an oversized hoodie with the hood up in public, even in summer, or am I out there with my three heads and six arms all the time?
Hey guys I really don't have the heart into making a group right now. For now I'll just stay with my independent roleplays. Please forgive me. I'll leave the group up but I'm not going to do anything with it at this time.
