Evelynn had grinned at Nelis, and Aidas' action to back her up. "Oh, come on, it'll be --"

"Or you both can just leave him alone!" Erasai exclaimed, grabbing the bottle from Nelis and placing it on a nearby table. "It's obvious he doesn't want to do it, so stop trying to pressure him."

She had gotten the pleading look from him when Evelynn had challenged him, and he was no doubt flustered about the whole this with Aidas there. "If you two are so keen on drinking, then go against each other." Her frown was deep as she looked at the two.

Evelynn frowned back. "I think he can make his own decisions, he's a big boy."
Jenny glanced over at the crowd that had gathered, noticing Evelynn, Nelis, Aidas, and Erasai. "Hey I'll be back in a few minutes" Jenny said to Marina walking over. "What's going on?"Jenny asked Nelis curious about what was happening.
As the bottle was lifted to his lips Nelís, on instinct, swung his head away, evading the taste and smell altogether. Aidas, on one perspective had been right though. The boy was always nervous and apprehensive towards anything that he hasn't experienced before, but that wouldn't convince him to drink. If it tasted like what it smelt then he definitely wanted no part in it. What if he were to get intoxicated and use his magic? What then?

As Aidas's attention was stolen the boy was about to possibly slip out of his grasp, however Erasai's outburst startled him slightly and he stilled. Yes, he was thankful, but he would be dependent on this instructor. Though he wasn't the greatest influence Nelís would still hate to make his place on Aidas's bad side.

Swiftly he stepped away from the Magas, "Thank you for the offer, but I'd rather stay sober. I don't trust that I'll be good company if I were intoxicated." His golden eyes drifted to Evelyn, hinting nothing, and when they hinted nothing it meant no more than he held only a tint of agitation towards the girl. "I'm not going to carry out this challenge and if I have to claim defeat then I will," he confirmed, his voice lower than it had ever been before, baritone almost.

Thankfully, Jenny had seized up his little spark of irritation and he put on what could pass as a smile, "Erasai and I were just wondering what there is to drink around here.. Apart from anything alcoholic."
"Oh, Uh is there food here too? I didn't eat lunch today, and I haven't seen any food anywhere"Jenny said. She had heard Nelis say that he was not wanting to have some drinking challenge, she wasn't sure who it was directed at but she tried to keep calm and not show any irritation. "If he doesn't want to drink, then he doesn't want to drink"Jenny thought to herself.
"Fine then," she said, irritated he wouldn't take the challenge. A victory wasn't as sweet when there was no battle. "Since your little girlfriend is here, Jenny, right? I'll assume I'm unwelcomed again. So have fun, doing nothing..." Her gaze turned away from them as she pivoted on her heel and walked away, trying to find someone else to talk to and hopefully pull her out of this terrible mood.
Erasai looked to the newcomer and seemed a bit surprised. For someone who said he wasn't much for being around people, he seemed to get a lot of attention. Evelynn spat out words, obviously sour about not competing, and mentioning the girl that just came.

"Oh, well, she doesn't seem too happy, does she?" she said quietly, looking back at the others. Taking a few steps back, she turned toward them, long hair following in a curtain.

Looking at Nelis and Jenny for a long moment, with a sort of uncertainty, she spoke again. "Well, I suppose I should go. I don't want to crowd it up, over here..." She gave a sort of laugh that was a bit odd.
"I really doubt I'm going to like her..."Jenny said, wearing an agitated look, after Evelynn left. "Hmm? Oh you don't have to go."Jenny said. "I was just curious about what was going on."She added. "Oh and I'm Jenny" Jenny said holding her hand out to Erasai.
"I don't know," he uttered absentmindedly, his mind evidently elsewhere and his lips pressed tight together as Evelyn dismissed herself. Too emotionally weary to respond, he had just kept silent and let Evelyn claim and say what she wished. He'd have to throughout his time at the school..

His gaze peeled from Evelyn as Erasai came to speak and he grinned ever so lightly, "I guess not.." For a moment he was curious what was going on in her head that made her stare so long. No, he wasn't uncomfortable at all under her gaze, but he was just curious. He did have to admit though, he was mildly disappointed as she began to dismiss herself as well. Perhaps all the attention was troublesome and she didn't want to be caught up in those sort of things.

"If that's what you wish," he gave a quiet response and, as always, with a smile even it was only a small one. "Some other time then," he stated though it sounded more like a question.
Erasai looked at Jenny's hand, and a sort of calm came over her. At least Jenny seemed nice enough. She took her hand and shook it lightly, as she had tried with Nelis before. "I'm Erasai, though I think you already knew that." Once she let go of her hand, she turned back to Nelis. "Ah, yeah, there seem to be a lot of people coming in, so I might go outside for a moment to catch my breath. I'll probably be back in though. Don't want to seem too rude. Eh heh." Her laugh was nervous again, and she gave a quick nod of her head, and quickly turned, heading for the door to go outside.
"It's nice to meet you" Jenny said after Erasai introduced herself. Jenny was slightly surprised that Erasai took her leave so quickly."Huh..."Jenny said. "So what was Evelynn doing?"Jenny asked.
(Not gonna lie I forgot about Gil))

"Food is right there." He pointed to the nearest table. "It's got tons of stuff on it. There should be water and apple juice there, too. The apple juice is from my home in Germany, it'll taste good." After speaking to Mirage, he was off to talk to Evelynn. "Ms. Thatcher? Have you ever considered doubling in combat? We could use more emotionalists, and you seem to have the traits to handle it."

A mighty thud was heard. "There he goes." That's it, Dmitri was on the floor. Kassandra took another chug, and then passed out. As predicted, Lux did catch her. He picked her up over his shoulder, and sighed before disappearing with her, no doubt off to bed.

"Mmm, not so mighty, are you?" A disapproving Aidas stood above Dmitri, helping his muscular friend up. "Good job, maybe you'll win next time, Your Royal Drunk." His eyes rolled as he helped him walk back to the room.
Nelís nodded and waved a farewell, waiting till she was out of sight before he turned to Jenny. "Well, she wasn't being that friendly I'll say that," the boy shrugged nonchalantly as he glanced around to see who all else was at this gathering. "Did you meet anyone new?" He asked, more so to take the topic away from Evelyn. He didn't want to encourage negative thoughts, knowing that illusions could take effect if he allowed things to get to him too easily.
"Oh, yeah. I met a Tamer instructor. She said I can turn into Felis or something like that which is basically cats in latin or something"Jenny said. "I still don't know how she could tell though."Jenny replied, being happy to take the topic off of Evelynn.
Evelynn turned when Gilbert came back to her, asking her about combat. She raised her brow, then spoke curtly. "What do you mean double? As in do both?" She liked the sort of comment he made, about her being able to handle it. To be honest, she didn't want to do both but... if she didn't, how could she prove herself if she let such a golden opportunity go.
"A felis? That's very general.. It could be anywhere from a house cat to a lion," he perked up a brow in interest. "I'm sure the instructors here have their reason. I can safely assume they've had years of experience with this, helping students and all," his hand rose to his mouth as he yawned. "Now I'm very curious as to where the food is," the boy muttered, chuckling.
"Well that guy said it's over there."Jenny said heading over to the food bar. She looked at the food not sure what to pick out, eventually settling for some turkey and ham.
She didn't need to tell him to follow. In all honesty, he would've gone off without her since by now he was starving. Maybe he hadn't noticed it before due to the tension earlier, but now he was free of that and would love to fill up his stomach with something, anything.

Nelís thought very little of what was offered and took just about everything but the delicacies. His plate was brimming with food and he had to balance it well to keep anything from toppling over. For a slim boy he had a very, very large appetite. Already he had something between his lips.
Jenny chuckled a bit when she saw Nelis trying to balance his plate. She had also already been eating her food, having taken a bite out of a turkey leg she got. "So do you wanna meet that Tamer instructor I was talking about?"Jenny asked.
Mirage had wandered over to the drink table after Gilbert had left her, and she poured something for herself and her brother. And she decided to balance a bit of food as well. It was an awkward sight, how she was trying to hold everything and find her brother at the same time.

"Trey?" she called out, but not loud enough to bother anyone. He wasn't anywhere in sight.
Because his mouth was full he had to revert to nodding sheepishly. He forced down his mouthful which then he only gained a pain traveling down his back, making him shudder. A drink would've been nice to wash it down or perhaps he was just eating to fast and didn't take his time. Coughing slightly, he nodded again, "S-sure."
