Nelís walked into the cafeteria, scanning over the faces who had come on time. Seems as though every group was present, however he did note that he wasn't the only one who rose late. Nor Caleb or Erasai were there, but even so, he felt guilty when his eyes landed on Evelyn, Jenny, and Andrei already seated and going over something that was more than likely important.

With haste he strode over and took a seat beside Jenny, slowly as to not barge in on anything. He hardly picked up what they were discussing and he glanced to the pens with slight confusion. "What was it that I missed?" he asked quietly to Jenny, his eyes remaining on the pen that Andrei held.

"Andrei gave us these pens that glow when we use them. It's supposed to help us focus our powers or something."Jenny said disinterestedly inspecting the pen before putting it in her pocket.

Oop: Given how Kat posted with Viola I guess we're allowed to post with characters that were just transfered. IF there is a problem just lemme know And I'll fix it :U

Jared woke up, having slept in, due to arriving at the school in the later hours of the night, sometime after the initial party. Like his older sister he got dressed in the same clothing he wore the day before. He headed off to the cafateria, still being sleepy.
Well, as she described it he didn't deem all too excited, but he took one either way, specifically the one that had its name embedded on it. He could only hope he kept up with it. Nelís wasn't the best at keeping up with small items besides his pocket watch that he kept dearly in his pocket and chained to a belt loop of his pants. His eyes flicked to the page Andrei had written on with his own pen, the text glowing scarlet. Had it been Andrei's energy color?

The young illusionist looked back to the pen and studied it though he wished he had a sheet of paper of his own to test it on. Was there something special in the Ink perhaps? Had it required anything? Any exertion?

"It only glows?" he asked Jenny again, musing whether they'd have to do a handful of writing for the Arts. Maybe that was behind the reason of giving out pens.
Evelynn sighed as she took the pen, drawing a little heart on the napkin and filling it in. The ink started at normal at first, but then turned a bright teal. Perhaps she had meant to do that, because it made the heart look pretty with the fading colors, but it wasn't apparent.
There was a loud shout at the Art table. "Orrrrrrt~" came a cheerful voice, and Novo jumped onto Nelis' back, throwing her arms around his neck. This morning, she had vibrant red hair, and bright blue eyes. She wore her outfit, but still lacked shoes, not wanting to wear them.

Then she looked over to Jenny, giving a big smile. "Jen-ny!" she said, taking a moment with each syllable. If Jenny weren't careful, Novo might throw herself at her as well.
The doors burst open, and Erasai stood there, breathing hard. After a moment, she realized she wasn't the only one late, and she cleared her throat, embarrassed. It was then she remembered she hadn't brushed her hair, and had pieces sticking in every direction, and she used her fingers to comb it down.

She took quick strides over to the Combatants table, sinking low in her seat, not really in the mood to eat.
The boy had nearly fallen out of the seat as the weight of the girl threatened to bring both him and her to the ground. Thankfully he jerked forward quick enough, having expected her first when she called him though her hold around his neck was relentless. He tried not to mind his lack of breath as he set his pen down and took her forearms, pulling them forward as to loosen her grip around his nape. Despite the disruption of his thoughts he was gratified to know that she hadn't shown the same attitude towards him that he'd seen before

"Good morning, Novo," Nelís glanced over his shoulder at the girl and saw that her hair had changed to a vibrant red matched with deep sea blues. A great choice of traits. The same piercing colour of red was caught in his peripherals and he glanced over to Erasai who had just stormed through the door, looking as though she'd just tumbled out of bed. Nelís chuckled, watching as she disappeared behind students sitting at the Combatants table before turning back to Novo, gingerly prying her hands from him.
"Morning Novo"Jenny greeted the energetic girl. She felt more relaxed now that another friendly face had arrived at the table.

Jared noticed two girls pass him, one seemed to be in a rush and stormed in through the door. The other went through and tackled some kid at one of the tables, nearly dragging him to the ground. He then noticed his older sister sitting there and got a relieved smile. "Finally someone I actually know" Jared said, seeing a seat open next to Jenny. "Hey Jenny" He said sitting next to her. "Jared? OH MY GOD JARED!"Jenny shouted quickly wrapping her arms around her brother, almost dragging the mto the floor like Nova nearly had with Orlit.
Novo reluctantly let Nelis pry her arms off, and watched as Jenny acted the same to the new person. This seemed to excite her, and Novo... being her usual self, crawled onto the table to get a closer look at the new person. "Oooooh~" she said, hearing Jenny say his name. "Jard," she said, giving a big smile, not being modest at all about how she was on all fours on the table.
"Dear God," Evelynn said, resting her fingertips on her forehead. Squealing girls in the morning is just what I wanted to hear..." She frowned and took another bite of her food, eyes closed with a scowl on her face.
Jared leaned back a bit when Novo got onto the table. "Uh... hi...."He said nervously. "Oh, Jared this is Novo, Novo this Jared. He's my little brother."Jenny said with a smile. Jared would have said hi again, had Novo not suddenly climbed onto the table and got in his face.
Nelís was relieved when Novo had allowed him to lead her hands elsewhere and soon he was free from her weight, the girl having climbed onto the table in which the young illusionist, along with everyone else, only stared. Indeed she was odd, but then again everyone in the cafeteria was. It was why they were here- why someone out of the blue occupied the seat beside Jenny. One who had caught Novo's undivided attention.

Nelís would've greeted him, but his gaze snapped to Evelyn's plate, reminding him- or just assuming- that he was hungry. Dismissing himself quietly he slipped out of his seat to get a plate of his own.
Finally feeling that there weren't any eyes on her, Erasai sat up in her seat and looked around. Food seemed like a good idea then, now that her embarrassment wasn't hiding her hunger. "I didn't really eat last night..." she said, holding her stomach. She stood up, slowly making her way to find a plate and food.

The food was easy to find, and she happened to find someone there she knew as well. "Oh!" she said, a little surprised to see Nelis. "Good morning, Orlitt." She spoke quietly, not wanting to seem like she was eager to bother him. He was the only one in the room that she had talked to longer than a hello, unfortunately, so it was comforting to see him.
Food was indeed easier to find being in the middle of the cafeteria and seducing everyone with its tempting aroma.. or at least that's how he thought of it to be. What could please him more? Nelís took one of the white plates that were stacked, a large one at that, and scrutinized over his choices.

It took him a moment or two to rip his attention from what was offered as he was greeted by no other than Erasai. He beamed and tilted his head in that manner of his, "Good morning, Erasai." His eyes visibly shifted, most likely looking over her somewhat tangled hair and he chuckled, "I'm going to assume that you woke up late too?"
She smiled until he mentioned waking up late, and she realized he was looking at her hair. "Oh, um!" she said, her face flushing, and she raised her hands to twist her hair over her shoulders so it would be less noticeable. "Y-Yes. I don't usually have that problem, I just didn't get much sleep last night. Sleeping out in the common room isn't really my thing. I'll have to definitely find a roommate soon." She gave a nervous laugh. "I hope you slept well, at least."
It wasn't in his attentions to make her self-conscious and his eyebrows rose in a sympathetic smile. "I'm sorry about that. I think by the end of the day all that should be sorted out," if there was one thing to point out Nelís hardly talked with his hands, but more so the subtle movements of his head. "And yes, I had a great sleep. Too great I think. I had just walked in a fee minutes ago and everyone else was already here," he admitted sheepishly. Waking early had never been a part of his schedule, but it would have to be. "I haven't gotten used to rising early yet," he uttered under his breath.
Raising her fingers to her lips, she hid a laugh behind them. "Yes, it will take some work." She smiled, and turned to the food. She put a few things on her plate, then paused. "I'm not sure I'll get much of a social life," she admitted, frowning a bit. "My schedule as a Combatant is full most of the day..." She sighed a bit. "Part of the reason I wanted to come here was to make a few friends... I never really had a chance to have any growing up." Her eyes looked distant for a moment, before she shook her head.

"Sorry, I'm just babbling now."
He followed initiative and started down the row, not being picky towards anything he passed. Matter of fact, he took one of everything almost, all the while listening to Erasai. As far as he knew she was afraid to be left to herself and that wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Nelís was only just beginning his social life, having stayed within the walls of his expansive home for a long while. Strangely, though, he never felt really lonely. Most likely because all he had access to to occupy himself.

"Babbling?" He questioned with a light grin. "Well that is what friends to do each other, yes?" for a moment he wondered whether she caught what he was trying to imply, but she was smart. "Besides I don't think it's babbling. I haven't been around anyone my age in years, so this is a start for me too," he attempted to comfort with his own similar experience.
She paused in following Nelis, and looked at him for a moment. Her cheeks grew rosy with a sort of happiness. "Yeah," she said, with a warm smile. "Seems you have plenty of friends," she added, glancing over to the Arts table. "For this being your first start, seems you are quite the people person."

She offered him a teasing smile.

Finished putting food on her plate, she stood, as if waiting for him, even though she wouldn't being going to the same table.
For the moment he tried to decipher what was on her mind, however he didn't need to ponder long as pink spread over her cheeks, seeming more than content. He was glad he was able to bring out smiles in people which he found himself doing often now. Nelís certainly didn't think of himself as a people person. He was -in his mind- simply amiable.

"Well, a few is fine," he retorted modestly, "and I've only read these things in books. I suppose they taught me well." He laughed heartily before creating, yet again, a pile on his plate. "Would you.. like to sit with me- us?" he'd quickly rephrased glancing to Jenny, Novo, Evelyn, the newcomer, and Andrei, "That is if your group isn't waiting for you."
