It started with a bit of her hand gently hitting against the table in a rhythm. Lux picked it up quicker than everybody else, followed by Dmitri, followed by Gilbert, followed by the rest of their group. Hit. Hit. Clap. Stomp. They were being loud. Kassandra could practically feel John's eyes on her as the chanting of 'Combat' ran up.

He had never liked it when she was noisy, but she couldn't quite help it. They were welcoming a new member, a princess, of all kinds of people. Kassandra was excited about this, she was the only female princess on combat at the moment.

She stood up on her chair, holding her axe in her hands. She hit the bottom of the stem of it into the ground and created a red wave of sync energy, which was hers, of course. Like some kind of vampire, it appeared that Lux was absorbing some of it, causing him to relax.

"Welcome, Princess!" She called, her roar thundering across the room.

Though the greeting was not what she had expected, it certainly got her pulse pounding. A far cry from how she'd been greeting going anywhere else. Looking around the dining room it hit her that this was for Her, all of it. With a welcoming like this it made her feel at home already. Oh how fun this place was going to be with class mates like these.

Running between the tables, she made her way to the girl standing in her chair, the one who's voice her carried over the noisy rhythm. Looking around she shouted "Viola Schneider! Thanks everyone for the crazy excited welcoming! I never expected something like it. Can't wait to get to know all of you!" Her attempt to address was nearly lost in it all, her voice not exactly a loud one. With her words said she looked directly at the red headed girl, one of the few times in her life that she couldn't think of what to say.
Erasai watched as the people around her chanted and banged on the tables with so much enthusiam. She wasn't quite used to it, and definitely wasn't when it came to doing such things herself. She lightly patted the table, then watched as the girl was introduced, as royalty.

She stood, bowing her head just slightly as the others applauded, and looked up at the two.
She motioned to a few spots next to her. "So, Schneider. You're the family that Cryroch put there after he got rid of the Berlitz's." She spoke. The Phoenix brooch on her chest glowed with her energy. Gilbert Berlitz also wore a brooch, an eagle, Germany's old symbol. Kassandra hadn't taken care to know the new one.

Gilbert, who was of the Berlitz line, looked towards the blonde, and smiled. His hair was silver, and eyes red, the notorious colors of the old German royalty. He was smiling, but there was no doubt there was a hint of sadness.
Out of the corner of her eye she saw one girl bowing, a girl whose brilliant orange hair would be no problem in remembering later. For whatever reason she hated being bowed to. She'd just have to tell her not to do so later. Viola had never liked being bowed to.

Taking a seat she'd nod slowly, her voice and attitude calming some what, eyes studying the brooches she could see "Well...yeah. Though honestly it doesn't bother me. It's terrible but it happens. Eventually I'm sure it will happen to us as well. I'm low on the list. I just wish to live how I want. That's my goal"

Making eye contact with Gilbert she smiles back, she was somewhat uncomfortable with a member of the Berlitz, the only her eyes hinted at it. She decided to change the topic, her voice pepping back up "So, what about rooming and the like? Or my results? And our schedule?"
"Tomorrow is morning workout. It'll be fun, you get to choose an instructor and what not. I would recommend braiding your hair, or just chopping it off. That's what I did." She remembered the long strands of red that had been found on the floor after she made her decision to join the combat squad. It had gotten in her way too much. "I cut it off with my axe. John was mad." The girl mused.

A loud huff was heard from the Scholars, and Kassandra rolled her golden eyes. "He's still not over it."

"Your father seemed to like it."

"Yes, father liked it, Lux."
"I'll pin it up. That's what I normally do to keep it out of the way. No need to cut it! Bobby pins work wonderfully!" Clearly she didn't like the idea of cutting off her hair. It was one of the things she took the most pride in. No way she would cut her hair.

To divert the subject away from hair she holds her right fist up "I don't use a axe, sword, or other weapons like them. I use my natural weapons...can't have them taken away. But that's something else. What is you abi-" her words become interrupted by her roaring stomach, a her cheeks quickly turning red in embarrassment "-lity. S-sorry. I didn't eat on the way here. Too excited.
