One would think that the Royals would learn to be elegant in their arrival. But no. Combatants would always be loud, regardless of their position in society.

John looked at his watch. They were late, but he could feel the whole atmosphere around him pulsating. He knew it would not be long until they arrived. Give them an hour. Alexander had taken off his seals to alarm them that he was on the way. It was probably waking up the student body. Good. They'd be awake.

The Fall Ball wasn't today, no, but it was coming. They had a week. John slowly closed his eyes as he felt crackling energy behind him.

"Kassandra."

"John."

The girl was clad in her armor, a rare, but beautiful sight. That armor was made of her own energy, as all combatants eventually did-- should they make it that far. Her armor was gold, and it had several gems. Sync gems were ridiculously rare, only those who had passed the armor stage could make them. Hers were rubies, and they spotted a few places on the armor.

One rested on her forehead, two on her elbows, two on her kneecaps, and the final, largest gem rested on her heart. He had felt the armor. It wasn't heavy, like gold was supposed to feel like. Instead, it was light. He was a Scholar, and yet, he could never understand the way the sync energy could just... form.

"Tell me, Kassandra, why are you wearing armor?"

"My father would not wish to see his heiress without armor."

"Where's Dmitri?"

"Waking the school body."

"How?" John was instantly suspicious.

"I gave him the bell. They'll be awake soon enough."

Jenny groaned, slowly waking up. She'd had a hard time getting to sleep last night. She didn't know why btu she just couldn't get comfortable. Maybe it was the fact that she still didn't have a room mate, and was still sleeping i nthe art room.
Nelís was far from his queen sized bed topped with a canopy, his home void of sound with only the ticking of his grandfather clock that echoed over his marble halls. As the ringing sound of a bell peirced through his sleep his brows furrowed only to be reminded that he was no longer home, and he groaned lightly. What in God's name would someone be doing ringing a bell so early?? Perhaps a trumpet, a bagpipe, a gentle shove perhaps, but a bell??

The boy shifted.. shifted again... shifted again before the sheets tumbled from him as he sat up. His hair was slightly disheveled and he ran his fingers throughout the dark cobalt strands as he yawned, covering his mouth of course.
Across the room he noted Jenny in the process of waking. Seems as though the bell wasn't deaf to anyone's ears.
Soon after this, Andrei Magas appeared from his bedchambers, into the Arts room. He wore golds and purples, his House colors, as well as a small stork on his breast pocket. His hair had been combed, his clothes made to look perfect, but most noticeably, he wore a crown upon his head.

He was King Andrei Magas today, not just Andrei, as much as he preferred to be just Andrei. The crown, the Mirror Crown, was one of the simpler ones. It was made of cracked mirrors, as hinted by the name, and had long been the crown that belonged to the Lithuanians. Perhaps it was because Illusionists were so fond of mirrors, it had appeared this way.

Ancient tales spoke of how crowns would change to fit the user. He knew that his father's crown, this crown, would occasionally disappear.
"What's up with the fancy get up?"Jenny asked groggily, rubbing one of her eyes and giving a yawn. She wasn't too interested in most of the outfit, but the fancy looking crown caught her eye.
At the bell's first peal, Elsa shot awake. dressing quickly, she wondered why on earth there was a wake-up call...

And why everyone was suddenly so dressy.

Was I supposed to dress up? Was there a memo or something I missed? Oh no! I couldn't have... But...

Elsa's confusion filled the room.
Aidas and Adomas appeared side by side. They, too, wore fancier clothes. They wore smaller crowns than Andrei.

"No. Don't worry too much. Just wear your uniforms." Andrei pointed to the door, where each uniform had a name tag on it.

Artists uniforms were all different shades of colors. "The colors will change to however you want them. Eventually, as your sync energy gets stronger, you'll be able to further change them to suit your style." For now, they just consisted of dress pants, and a dress shirt, as well as a blazer.
"Do we have to wear those?"Jenny asked looking at the uniforms. She certainly didn't like uniforms, and didn't want to wear a dress shirt, pants or a blazer. Hopefully she'd still be allowed to wear her bandanna, she used it to keep her hair from pointing in ever direction.
"Stop your whining! The dress I'm wearing now is my old uniform! If you would all practice, you'll have better ways to modify your uniforms!" The dress was a light blue shade, with small crystals of gold on it. Amneris also had a small crown on, and stood next to Aidas.
Jenny groaned, grabbing one of the Uniforms. "Do you atleast have any skirts instead of pants?"Jenny asked. "I hate wearing dress pants, and I'd rather just wear a skirt."She added.
"It'll change into a skirt if you try hard enough."
Jenny glanced at the dress pants. "So do we just urge it to turn into a skirt or something?"She asked unsure of what Amneris said.
In seeing Andrei Nelís was perplexed, words stuck in his throat contemplating whether it should be Mister Magas or Your Majesty or King Magas.. Well, in the end he didn't say anything at all nor did he want to move from where he sat. It was a bit odd, sitting before them in his sleeping gear while they were dressed as royals. It definitely made him feel like a fish out of the water no doubt, however he wasn't the only one. Then again Jenny seemed to have no shame in complaining which he'd never have the courage to do.

When addressed his eyes shifted to the uniforms that were hung and ready to wear. He wasn't overly fond of how they looked.. until Aidas gave word that they could be changed with sync energy. The boy's face looked to brighten a bit. Why a blazer when you can have a vest? Perhaps something more modern? Nelís had the tendency to dress formally for everything. Maybe he could let it rest for a bit and settle for something casual like most the students did... Change the dress pants into dark jeans which means his shirt would have to be lighter..

He mused this as he made his way over to the the door, finding his name amongst the tags. Almost immediately he exerted a safe portion of his sync energy to begin changing it up until he was content.
It was a long night trying to figure out what was what and where was that, but the Inkling still wasn't tired. Sleep for her was a habit, nothing necessary.

On her trek she saw Aidas, his fine robes giving her reason to follow. She'd slipped by through the door after all the instructors had, one of them telling the other to put on the uniforms lined out and labeled. Ink didn't like uniform all too much. It would irritate her skin and make everything else uncomfortable. Maybe if she asked they'd allow her to sheath and that be her uniform.it was more than accessible and not a hassle at all.

Maybe she was noticed, maybe she wasn't, but she kept her place by the door, behind the instructors. Still, she didn't know where the arts room was and I'd be just her luck if this was it.
Jenny figured it wouldn't hurt to try and change the pants, after all she figured the chances of her pants igniting was really low. She grunted, envisioning a skirt in her mind. It took a bit of effort, and looking constipated, but her dress pants soon turned into a skirt. "It'll stay like this right?"She asked, looking at the skirt. Admittedly she didn't want to wear a skirt, but she thought it was better than a pair of slacks, and she still had an excuse to wear her leggings as well.
"Oh goody," Evelynn said, making her way over to the uniforms. For some reason, it looked as if there girl had already been awake.

In all honesty, she was actually looking forward to this since she was told they could change the appearance. Closing her eyes she focused in making a skirt. It took a lot of focus for her as well but she looked less constipated than Jenny.

With a short skirt in hand, she made her way to change.
"Wh-what...?" Erasai groaned as she heard a bell. "Ah!" she yelled, tumbling out of the bed. Groaning again, she stood slowly and looked around. "What is going on?" She wondered if any other Combatants heard it.
Novo rushed behind Andrei, hugging him. She wasn't aware that she probably should do such this while he was dressed like that. "Moooooorning!"

Novo quickly caught sight of someone new nearby and quickly hopped over to Ink. "New?"
Andrei chuckled when he was hugged. He pat her head. "Yes, new. Say hello." He instructed Novo, before looking at his students. "The royalty could care less what artists wear. Artist Royals tend to not be taken seriously. Except me." Aidas smiled. "I'm important." he wouldn't continue about why.
Again and again he had tried. The making of the vest had gone flawlessly, but it was the colour that he couldn't quite get his thumb on. Too dark. Too red. At times it came close, but Nelís wasn't willing to accept an almost. Given a few more attempts he quietly huffed and settled on a color completely different. He chose grey, giving the vest some carefully designed embroidery that would appear to give his torso a bit more shape and style. The young illusionist was content with this.

After getting, not the best results but good enough, he too left to go put it on. Ah, he'd completely disregarded the size.. Well, he'd just have to adjust it if he felt it was too tight or too loose. Even after he was fully dressed he'd still feel incomplete without his gloves..
