In preparation for Viking, I ask that you all look into tents. Please contact myself for canvas, iron tent pegs and wooden poles, as I will supply this for you. If you have the skill to sew canvas into tent patterns, I ask that you aid me in doing so as well.
We will be crafting one or two geteld tents, and several A-frame and wedge tents.
Also please get together with other group members to arrange who is sleeping in the same tent together. In order to reduce material and travel weight, fewer tents is more economical. If you cannot find a tent buddy or two, I will be assigning in the field.
