Late in the evening after the declaration had been made know to the Island. A sumptuous banquet of fruits, vegetables, edible flowers, berries, and nuts was placed at the alter of Dahlsea. The center of this lined with candles and bottles of juice. A single bit of parchment was set with it simply reading "For those who suffer injustice tossed on the stormy seas of this life. Primes grant us mercy and forgiveness."
