Hello, my character is a mage named Alethor who is capable of controlling water and ice. His character background is on the character page but i'll summarize a bit of his motivations, characteristics, and personality here.
His hometown of Crossford was attacked and destroyed by a giant water elemental and it murdered his father Aromir. Alethor was able to banish it with an ancient spell he'd read but not before the spirit attempted to possess him in an act of desperation. A fragment spliced into Alethor and altered his physical appearance and also gave him some of its powers. He can feel the presence within him at times and it is torture to know his father's killer is somehow still with him. Knowing only a small part of the spirit is within his consciousness, he searches for signs of any malevolent spirits or elementals, hoping the being has manifested once more so he can avenge his father.
Alethor is twenty-two, his hair and eyes turned blue from the event at Crossford and his skin became a light blueish pale. It also affected him in smaller ways such as preferring colder temperatures and disliking fire. He is distant and untrusting of strangers but enjoys friendships once he gets to know people.

Glad to have you on board! I especially like your character's bittersweet acquisition of his powers. I'm looking forward to seeing how your character impacts the city!
Welcome to Tairsah, I like the dynamic of a character having the person they're trying to kill in their own thoughts or mind. So many characters have a friend or companion (Navi or Midna and Link comes to mind) as a core part of their character and yours is a nice change of pace. It will be interesting to see how it plays out!
