Dawson Capris burst from the doors of the stables. Breathing heavily, the feline ran out and looked around breifly, before running first to the beach side, looking over the rails, and seeing nothing much more sand than usual, and far less water than there should be. A foreboding feeling filled him as he turned around to hurry to the other side. Off in th distance, far, far towards the horizon... "Oh gods... That's gonna be a big wave..." There wouldn't be enough time to gt off the ship and far enough inland to avoid it. He'd seen water at work enough to know that chances now, were slim. He'd turn to the woman talking. "We need to take shelter, somewhere! I don't think we can make in town fast enough...Arkwin!" he said, mind racing, the first solution potentially in his mind. "What about your pocket space?!"
Epitome sprinted across the gangplank, huffing when she came to a stop. Her hands resting on her knees she looked at whoever was present on deck. "What the hell are you doing here?" she thought it was desperate enough a situation to warrant a little strong language. "You got to get out of here!" She glanced over her shoulder, already taking a few steps back to the gangplank. "If you don't want to go down with this thing, you better get inland!" She'd reach the edge of the plank. She wasn't going to explain. The fox had a notion to not die today.
Nykita Aymen was not going to turn and run when they had the luck of a lemur, the expertise of a Pirate Queen and the stubborness of an old wolf! The squirrel was determined to come out of this alive and smiling - the ship would be pulled back into the vastness of the ocean as the water would recede, the anchors were quickly ordered to weigh and pull up so that they would not be left beached on the shore and waiting for the water to hit them, "We need people on those sails! If you have wings, get ready to use them! Get people down to the anchors and get ready to drop them if necessary!" The squirrel would call from the helm, turning to look out at the steadily growing horizon with a smirk - bring it on, ocean!
Raykit burst from below deck. Claw rubbing his head as the ship had been lurching, "Fortunes, what is going on?!" he'd yell looking about. Once clear of the hatch he would stretch his form and wings, tilting his head as the captian mentioned something about sails and anchors? He would run towards the front of the ship, prepared to take to the sky if needed. "What is all this non-sense about sails and anchors?" not really having a clue on what was being asked, having not really taken to the ocean to often let along by boat. He'd wait for an answer and direction at this point about ready to fly off if needed.

Dawson Capris didn't have wings. The sails option wasn't going to be his position today. No... "I got anchors!" He'd yell out, already running towards the way. "Someone come with me!" he'd yell. Surely he could drop them on his own, but if they needed to raise them at all, that he could do on his own. He didn't care who came with. Just someone who could move things if they had to. The dragon, though he had wings, might actually be the best suited for that. It was at this time, he was glad he'd spent the time exploring as he did, and was informed about how the anchors even worked early on. Lucky for him, he had a great memory. "Raykit! Perfect, come with me, I need some muscle! We gotta get the anchors up, and be ready to drop them if need be! Let's go, let's go!" He said sharply. What was this, the feline giving orders? Surely the dragon wouldn't care at a time like this...
Nocturnal Coyote's eyes danced over Arkwin as she dropped down to feed from Gaea.. the hybrid sighed. "You can't just willy nilly it around up here, you need to be secured, please." Noct'd mouth, blinking as Dawson came busting up, and then Nykita.. and Raykit.. hybrid shook her head. It was funny how everyone came outta the wood work when a disaster was on the horizon... literally. Though.. it's what she liked to see.. everyone coming together. At Nykitas call, the hybrid looked towards Arkwin, almost pleading with her. Only to take to the air, hovering a moment, she'd glance between the sails and settle down on the mast. Soft steps carried her out over where the sails were currently pulled up, dropping to her knees, tails coiling about to give her the balance she'd need. At least, she could easily fly from sail to sail as needed, less another winged creature joined her.. or agile one at that.
Canter Elais Acorn was going to haul his crate to his quarters. Then tie down cabnets and batton down hatches. He had taken stock with Noct earlier in the day, he would not let this ride effect the integrity of his aft. The shelf in his quarters layed down. The box of cigars put under the bed. Stools would probably go in the kitchen to prevent them jarring around. When it felt secure the wolf would take a last look around, then see who was at the helm.
The ship was being pulled farther and farther from the shores, the waters they were being pulled towards were growing in height, with a towering wall closing in towards the ship - there was a slight angle growing on the deck of the Harbinger now, items began to tilt in their resting places, with some table top accessories now sliding off and onto the floor but the squirrel would persist - pointing at Raykit and then up to the mast, the main one while Nocturnal took to the forward mast, "Get up there and get ready to cut the lines holding the sails together! You and Nocturnal wait for my call to release the sails!" And Dawson was pointed to next, "Get down there and get Elm to help you with the anchors, wait for my call!" The other members of the crew would also be running around to help with jobs that needed muscle - the wave that formed behind them was over fifteen feet high and there was a distant rolling rumble, like a wind preparing to blast something.
Arkwin's ears twitched though she didn't say anything to the hybrid, she was focusing as hard as she could on feeding from the plant, her fur completely black as she looked alive again, quickly bringing her thumb to her mouth and biting it hard enough to draw blood, pressing it against the deck for a moment, "A part for now Gaea." she said as she got up just as the hybrid flew away, catching her eyes as she before looking down to Dawson, for a moment as she looks at Nyk, then to him ordering everyone else but her, folding her ears back slightly as she looked around the ship, seeing the wave in the distance she looks at the mast of the ship, scambling to get up to it and finding some rope, quickly tieing herself down, even if she wasnt ordered to do anything she wasn't going to fall off of the ship.
Raykit grumbled as the various crew members began barking orders at him, confused at the moment what was everyone concerend about? There was the feline telling him to get below deck and help with an ancor, then Nocturnal taking to the skies. "Fortunes." he'd cursed to himself once more. Then there was the captain telling him to take to another mast as Nocturnal had. It made sense, he was one of the few gifted with flight though not graceful. "A lot of trouble this is becoming." he'd say to himself. Quickly taking to the sky, and heading to the center mast as indicated. With a thud he would land, nearly falling over before regaining balance. Claws digging into the wood. "Ready!" he would yell once in position, thats what people did right?
Nocturnal Coyote's ears pricked, she'd watch Arkwin for a moment for her perch, falling quiet. She wasn't one to order others around in this situation, she'd simply fall into line as Nykita needed and support him to her utmost.. Hybrid stood, just a bit, watching Raykit as he landed.. only to attempt to cover a laugh at his ungracefulness.. She'd shake her head. Gaze turned towards the incoming wave, listening as the crew was ordered and moving.. the hybrid simply awaited the call.
Dawson Capris nodded to the squirrel shouting out orders. So much for his own idea, but Nykita had far more experience with this sort of thing than Dawson ever would. He'd pause long enough to look at the dragon and shrug, right before the winged beast took to the skies, launching towards a mast. Dawson himself ran below decks to meet up with Elm. He wasted no time, running at his highest speed, his tail moving this way and that, to help him keep his balance as he tore through part of the ship to reach where he'd need to be. Spotting Elm, he'd let out a shout to let him know he was there, "I'm here! Put me where you need me most!" he said with certainty. Finally! A chance to prove he was useful! Up until now, it had been learning on reading, writing, and swordplay, but not a lot of work to be done, save for basic ship cleanliness. But now... He stood at the anchor's crank, ready to help hoist and lower as needed.
The squirrel stood at the helm with the lemur, supposedly anyway, watching as the huge lump of water grew before them with a smirk, "Arkwin! Stand ready to cut the sail support lines!" He called out to the kitsune - having given most a task to do, "Coven warriors! Secure the deck!" Items would need to be hastily tied down, thrown below deck and hatches closed and so while the crew of the Harbinger were busy with the ship, the handful of muscled mecenaries that managed to make it onto the ship after the warning was made in the Hollow, were given the task of using their great strenght to keep things being lost. The squirrel would lift a hand for Nocturnal and Raykit, thought uttering nothing yet as the ship was lifted up on the front slop at a good thirty steep slope to force those on the deck, forcing them to take hold of something before the ship would reach the apex and then his hand would be yanked down, "Drop the sails! NOW!" Mere seconds after he called out, the winds behind the wave burst upon them - windows shuddered violently, ropes waved as the winds clocked it at over a hundred miles per hour and once the sails caught them, the ship lurched violently forward, throwing most onto the deck with a harsh impact or forcing them to hang out tightly but the Harbinger would move with the wave, closing fast towards the city docks with a roaring wind in their ears and a boiling wave of water beneath them!
Arkwin holding onto the mast as she felt the ship moving and then the hug gust of wind, almost hitting her head against the mast that she was practicly hugging, luckly that was because she left some good slack in the rope that tied her to the mask so she could move around, the moving she felt like she could she would go to the sail suppost lines and stand ready to cut those, thout even while she stood there it was a wide stance and grabbing whatever she could to hold on to the harbinger, eyes darting around to make sure that eveyone alright, she was a medic first in her eyes and if she needed to she would move move to tie anyone that got injured down quickly and tend to any wounds, knowing that she could cut the lines from a distance if she needed to, atleast with her energy back she could shadow step one again while still being safe, tighting the line around her own waste that was tied to the front mast.
Canter Elais Acorn had made sure that the galley was secure as it could be with what ropes where handy to tie down chairs and cabinets. To put everything on the shelves around the galley and the barrels into the coldwood storage room. Then took a look at midship. Thermadoor had been left to secure the hold and crew quarters. He gave a glance at the infirmary. Following whoever would have come out. Otherwise would have just come out at the forcastle in order to check in on the lone cow and duck. Both having been given fresh feed and regular water. Though each seemed distant. Unresponsive to most stimuli, save for touch. The two chicks that remained had been fed and were partly grown into jakes. Those meandered about as usual. He then stuck his head out after to see what the rest of the crew was up to before being ordered to take care of the anchor. Hauling it up with Dawson. Then climbed up to the greenhouse to both see who might have been there. As well as catch the show, Till he was given another order.
Nocturnal Coyote's ears pricked, her attentin focused purely on the squirrel now, when he gave that order, she jumped, cutting the ropes holding the sails on one side, only to leap up to the other, getting caught by that gust, her tails coiled around the mast as she'd land, cutting the ropes there, the sails falling out, blooming with the gust of wind that was caught. The hybrid coiled her tails further, assuring that the sails were free and full, well wings closed in about her frame, tucking in tight as to not be blown off her perch herself.
Raykit moved into position over the first rope, groaning as the ship moved. Claws digging into the wood, as he took a low profile in the wind. Wings tucking close to his frame least they catch the wind. His eyes watched the squirrel, corners of his maw twitching in anticipation the sooner he could leave the mast the better. With the order given he would yell claws cutting into the and tearing them apart. Once the first rope was cut he would move as quick as he could, his large frame making movement difficult. Once at the second rope he would repeat the process tearing it apart with haste. Once the sail was free, he would let out a low roar that would be cut off when the ship lerched forward. The swift movement nearly sending him with the ship. His frame dropping close to the wood, arms, leg, and tail wrapping around what they could. Claws digging deeply into the wood. A deep growl escaping him rather displeased with the situation.
Dawson Capris practically landed at the anchor's winch system, pushing with Elm and anyone else that joined in. It was a hastily done job, marching around the column with the bars, practically jumping into them, trying to hoist them as quickly as possible. While normally, it would have taken several minutes, it must have taken barely one, everyone putting in full strength to turn the winch. By the time it was said and done, the feline was out of breath, panting heavily. It didn't help at all that the ship was moving, swaying more and more, back and forth. If it wasn't for the adrenaline, he might've gotten sick with all the motion. Finally though, the anchors were up high, latched, and secure. The feline hung onto the pole that he was pushing on and turning before, as Elm went on to check onto other things. Releasing the anchors was a 1 man job after all, so Dawson stuck behind. "Anchor's UUUP!" he yelled as loudly as possible, doubting that his voice would reach topside, but just in case. Though, chances were that the squirrel already knew that they floated freely now. At this point, the feline hung onto what he could nearby to the release latch, ready to let it fly when the call came.
The Warrior Coven rushed onto the deck after hearing the warning. A large troop of them were in town and most of them had made it onto the ship, however, things were much too chaotic for a proper head count. At a brief glance, about a dozen of the strong female warriors were now on board. In their panic, they acted upon the captain's orders immediately without throught or second-guessing. Some of larger ones like Kammida and Cassyra grabbed at various objects on the deck like barrels to secure them in place or hurl them below deck. Others assisted with turning the winch. Roda the Minotaur, who was always on a different track than the rest, secured the deck by punching a few random vagrants and hobos off the boat as they scrambled onboard like rats.
The Harbinger was wind-surfing upon the very top of the wave to avoid the steep back of the wave until it lowered as it got closer to the shore, a rocky ride indeed with the turbulant water forthing beneath them and the winds howling on the deck as they rushed towards a very painful stop it would seem "Steady! Keep her steady!" Nykita called to the lemur, trusting him at the wheel with the blue bitch helping him tame the violent waters, "Arkwin! Get..." A very brief pause made as he saw the Coven actually throwing people off the boat, snarling in response, "Get ready!" He'd come upon the closest Coven warrioress, Cassyra, and grab at her clothing to get her attention, "No one gets thrown off! You tell her that!" He pointed to the minotaur and was intent on throwing her off herself if she sent others to their doom like this - the shore closed in fast and to anyone watching, it would seem like they were going to smash right into the stone structures of the docks! Until the call went out, "ARKWIN! CUT THE SUPPORTS!" The squirrel called and motioned for Jasper to start turning the wheel, releasing the harnessed wind before Dawson and Elm were going to hear, "STOP THE ANCHORS ON THE PORT SIDE!" Seconds after the call for the sails to be released was made - the result, if everything went off nicely, would be the force of the window no longer pushing them forward and with the anchors dropping rapidly, scraping and catching the hard ground below, the Harbinger was essentially swung around in a sharp but wide berth! Those poor mast-dwellers were going to be hanging on by the skin of their teeth to avoid being flying out into the air while those on the deck were going to be hurled against a wall or a railing and those inside were going to find themselves stuck against a wall from the force of the turn, probably with a few things pushing down on them too while the entire ship groaned and creaked with the strain of the manuever - it was akin to those spinning playground rides.
Arkwin waited for the captains call, waiting as she tried to hold herself steady, holding on as best as she could with one paw, muttering a word under her breath as a katar appeared around her wrist, when Nyk said her name and cut, she didn't bother waiting for him to finish at all, one swift swing the lines were being cut as she ran to cut the ones outside of her reach, the blade slicing like butter, when it was done she looked at her wrist for a second, distracted buy some voice, either her's or Maxxes she couldn't tell, but it was enough to knock her thought processes off as she tilted her head, as soon as the ship took a hard turn she wen't flying, the bracer fading away as her back and then her head in the barn door wall hard, not even a gasp came from her as she fell down, knocked completely out without enough time to even scream, luckly the kitsune was still tied down to the ship.
Canter Elais Acorn did just that, enjoyed the ride. After returning to see The anchors that Dawson had been left to look after. Then hearing the call of the captian. The wolf pulled a cigar from his coat. Took his zippo from the key pocket of his jeans. Lit it up with three puffs, each flame higher then the last before blown out and toked on deeply with high clouds being pulled through the air. The wolfs hat was held in his hand as he climbed down to put his back into the forcastle. A light chuckle emitted from the high browed wolfs lightly grey muzzle. He tucked the cigar between his teeth and fiddled with the feathered braid across his chest before letting the wind catch it as well. Then chewed.
Raykit continued to hold onto the wood after the intial lurch forward that nearly sent him over. His trinkents swaying heavily in the wind and motion of the ship, he considered taking his chances in wind better that then falling from a mast. However before he could take flight, the ship moved sharply. Claws reafferming their grip into the wood, some of it splintering and breaking off from the pressure of the sharp claws. A frustrated roar escaping him as it would appear he was stuck on the frame of the mast.
Dawson Capris was already hanging on tightly for the motions of the ship to help keep himself steady. For the most part, the poor boy was still upright, swinging and swaying while holding on to the winch pole. It was like this, being almost thrown back and forth, that he waited. First, a call to drop the sails, a shout that somehow was heard very distinctly, despite all the sound. He eyed the lever that released the chains for the anchor, ready. And then.. the call went out. He jumped over to the chain and lever, but a sudden sway of the ship made the bulkhead approach far faster than he'd anticipated, and he found himself laying against the wall. Perhaps it was the sudden impact that left him winded, or the adrenaline, but what he focused on and noticed more than anything was that the lever was just in range... but of his foot. That anchor needed to come down NOW! A swift kick, and the lever released, the loud clanking of chain unspooling at a high rate of speed as the heavy anchor fell freely. A sudden wrenching pain though hit behind him, his tail suddenly feeling as though it had been ripped away. Reaching to bring his tail up, that was exactly what happened! A few inches were gone now, having been caught in the chain system when he flew against the wall. Whether it was shock or adrenaline, all he could do was stare at it, hardly yelling out... until the the force of the turn pinned him to the wall. All he could do now was wait...
The Warrior Coven were all busy with their tasks. Some were on the deck tossing down equipment and items down below where other warriors were catching and stowing away. When the captain brought Rhoda's actions to Cassyra's attention, she acted immediately and was about to punch the minotaur herself. Rhoda was already holding a hobo over her head, about to toss him off, just when the ship lurched and sent everyone flying and rolling. The warriors on the deck were slammed into walls, piling up with the rest of the crew, while the warriors under the decks were thrust into various compartments and corners. Ashka the liger warrior was hurled into the livestocks and found herself buried in a pile of hay, horses, cows, and panicing chickens.
The Harbinger would come to a steady stop after swinging around to face out into the ocean again, releasing those onboard from the forces of the hard turn, letting both loose items and individuals to fall back down to the floor and crawl back to their feet - there was probably a lot of groaning and head shaking but to those that looked out ahead of them, the trouble was not over - a second waves was coming right at them! Nykita saw it coming as he leaned upon the railing at the helm, eyes going wide as he did not expect a second wave, "Dawson! Elm!" He'd call out to the pair below deck, or at least he thought they were down there, "Drop all anchors! Drop all anchors now! Everyone hold on!" The torrent of water came at them with the sound of a waterfall, lifting the front of the ship and tossing the deck beneath them like it was a just blanket bent straightened out, forcing those on the deck to go airborne if they had nothing to hang out as the ship faced the current, forcing both Sasha and Jasper to hold the wheel to keep the ship steady, the dropped anchors keeping the ship from being pulled back too far into the city but it was akin to whitewater rafting now, making the entire ship jump, sway and jitter in the waters shooting past them as a gale of powerful winds also swept the ship from nose to stern, shattering the windows to the captain's quarters and causing loose debrid to fly at those unfortunately enough to get caught. The chaos lasting for a good minute before the waters would still and the roaring winds would subside to a ghostly howl, the rest of the town going eeriely still.
Nocturnal Coyote's ears pinned down to her head. Still the hybrid was learning about ships and figured it would be a long time for her yet, before she understood them fully. Watching Raykit struggle and nearly fall, the hybrid held on tighter.. it wasn't until the began to fall into its spin, that she'd yell out.. and... laugh? Well! She'd never felt anything like this before! Though, she scrambled, hard, to stay on her perch and not end up as fodder in the ocean, or a smear from a building in the hollow. Tails, arms, and frame coiled and pressed to the mast the best she could clinigng on.. only to whimper lightly, with another machostic laugh when it stopped.. Ears pricked once more at the captains shout to hold on.. turning her muzzle she'd blink, and do just that.. holding on. Shivvering as the cold of the waters spray washed over her frame, dousing the woman, wings pinned firmly, even harder to her sides as she clung, keeping her post.. and managing.. somehow, not to puke. She surely couldn't stop the shivers that laced through her frame and danced through her legs.
Raykit groaned as the ship came still. A sigh and slight relaxing of his claws, just as Nocturnal did a manical laught would also escape him looking in the direction of the hybrid. A grin on his maw quickly fading when the captain said to hold on. Growling deeply he would tighten his grip on the wood frame of the mast once more, claws digging in once more. As the second wave hit he would curse in a different tongue. Holding still even after the second wave had past, eyes closed waiting now for this all to end. A grimace locked on his features as he tried to drown out the voices of the different items he wore screaming.
Canter Elais Acorn was quite enjoying the trip till he heard that call come out. And began to rush as quickly as possable to the achor release. Hoping he was quick enough to keep the boat from being hauled all the way out into town or such. Then hunkered himself down as quickly as possable. Not knowing what to fully expect the wolf would have beened tossed around save for holding onto the nearest solid object that was nailed down, so to speek. Once things were settled down the wolf rushed to the galley to see what could have been disturbed down there.
Dawson Capris was in a mild bit of pain, but the call for the other anchors came. He was pinned to the wall at the moment, which made it hard to move, let alone get to his feet. The feline was able to do so, but a big strain to him, not to mention the feline was dripping blood from his tail. Yeah, it hurt, but that would wait. A sudden storming of steps came though, Elm, who had to have been nearby, all but nearly effortlessly - or at least, with less than his own - came way to release the other anchor, starboard. The old wolf had come by just in time, released with the same loud clamber of sound of chains, this time, his tail was not involved. Elm quickly continued on, and so now, the feline, weary, tried to grab hold of anything he could. This would be the fun part, no doubt.
The Warrior Coven had been tossed and battered throughout the havok. Their numbers had been scattered across the ship in piles of crewmembers. A few of them, including Roda, had been thrown overboard by one of the torrents of water, along with the hobo she had been carrying. They were now at the mercy of the chaotic waters that flooded the city below. The warriors below deck had also seen their fair share of water and tossing, many of them thrown together in wet disoriented piles. When the waters started to calm, both Roda and Kammida rose shakily to their feet on the deck to survey the damage done so far.
Nykita Aymen had managed to stay on the deck for the most part; when the ship's nose rose and fell to basically flip everyone on the deck into the air like a pancake, he'd spread his limbs out with his tail lower so that he'd end up back on his feet like a cat! Grabbing onto the railing at the front of the helm, looking over his shoulder as Sasha used her stability and strength combined with some lemur luck to keep the wheel steady and thus making sure the ship did not tear itself off the chains connecting to the anchors. Ducking his head down as a spray of ocean water blasted him from the front a few times but he'd hold on, until the chaos died down and he looked up, one hand upon his hat to survey the damage - a few holes, lots of claw-marks in the wood and no doubt there were some street fractures in the wood of the ship but with Gaea there, it was safe to say that the ship was not going to break. The squirrel would frown though as the cannons were all gone, probably tossed into the ocean and laying at the bottom of the harbor, "...everyone alright?" He'd call out, coming down from the helm - those that were tossed overboard were either farther inland or deep under the water by now, "Raykit? Nocturnal?" The squirrel knew that they were in the more vulnerable positions up there and sought to their safety before checking on the rest.
Nocturnal Coyote had ended up as a cold, very wet ball of black fluff wrapped abou thte mast, at the top, making sure she was well out of the way of rigging, and sails.. and all that jazz that was attached to a ship. When it stilled.. and everything seemed to calm down, she'd slowly unwrap herself.. hind claws digging into the wood as she kept her grasp.. tails pulling free, one at a time unless other wise tangled. Wings relaxed, as she'd dig into the wood again shaking off.. sending water droplets flying about her form. At Nyks call, ears perked, watching those down below. She'd call down.. "YEP! Just fine here, can we do that spinning thing again?!" That .. was fun.. and the first time the hybrid ever experienced such a .. motion. Another swift shake of her form was given, with a slight frown as she looked out towards the city.. or.. what was left of it.
Raykit growled deeply claws pulling whatever rope, rigging, or anything that might of ended on him off. Once his wings were clear they would move about clearing the water from them. He would look to Nocturnal, nodding once he saw that she was rather jovial about her current position. A deep roar escaping him as he carefully scrambled foward taking to the skies and clearing the mast. Getting him off the blasted thing, a quick sharp turn towards the deck. A loud slam as he hit the deck hard in what one might call a landing stumbling forward. A grin crossing his features, pleased to be on the open deck. Once standing he would begin to check over the various trinkents covering him.
Dawson Capris felt the movements subside, the movements going from a raging torrent of the waters to a more calm motion as it had been before, before the giant wave, before everything was tossed around. His stability was shaken, ability to stand was weak. Dawson found himself leaning against a wall, biting at his sleeve, pulling, tearing at it, the strip of cloth being soon wrapped around the end of his tail. After a few moments, the feline wearily made his way up to the top deck, to see what damages were had. There were a few still on the deck, Noct, Nykita... Everyone seemed to be gathering. "...Everyone okay...?"
The Warrior Coven started to gather together once they could stand and re-orient themselves. Some were missing, some were battered, one was covered in hay and duck feathers, but all of them were soaked with salt water. Kammida the giant red panda seemed to be in charge and started to count heads. "We got five missing. Half of you check the decks below, the other half start looking over the rails for them. They might be swimming or stranded on a roof out there." The captain would be releived to find that some of the bulkier Coven women had managed to roll a few of the cannons down into the deck below so not all of them were lost, however, this came at the cost a few broken floorboards.
Nykita Aymen pushed aside a small create from his path as he walked across the main deck, smiling at the sight of the excited female hybrid since she not only seemed alright, she partially enjoyed the chaos it would seem! Attentiont turned to the large red panda commanding the rest of the Coven, motioning at her to get her attention before pointing to a rowboat, "You can use one to search for your comrades." There was a second one for the crew but before he could even get it ready, one of them popped out from the side of the ship - the soggy fox had him raising an eyebrow before smirking, even chuckling a little, "How did your adventure on the land go?" He'd tease her a little before walking past Raykit, eyeing the dragon to see if everything was alright with him beside the apparent annoyance that his trinkets suffered, "Arkwin?" He called out for the kitsune, lifting his ears and looking around, "Arkwin!" Looking towards where he last left her, his ears folding back sharply and he'd bolt forward, climbing to the garden and seeing her unconscious form on the deck, "Arkwin!" He'd call out once more, leaping down to her side and carefully checking for wounds, not smelling blood on her and checking her pulse - she was alive but unconscious, it would seem and soon freed from her rope that secured her to the mast and in his arms, "Epitome! Take the second rowboat, ask the Coven warriors to help lower it down and search for more survivors." On his way below deck, he'd spot the feline - Dawson looked a little shocked, which was no surprise but there was also blood on his tail and that would earn him a nod from the squirrel, gesturing for him to follow - Angelo was probably there to help with the triage.
Nocturnal Coyote couldn't help but snicker at Raykit as he busied himself so quickly with his trinkets.. shaking her head though she didn't say anything. Quietly, the hybrid watched Nykita as he worked his way through the debris, her eyes roaming his frame. Only to blink, casting a glance to Epi, smirking lightly. "Well, we oculdn't let the ship be carried away now could we? Or worse yet.. smashed to smitheriens." The hybrid teased the poor fox, recalling her running on and tleling them all to take cover inland.. as the ship would surely be destroyed. As Raykit took flight, she'd watch him off, curious to what he was after though she didn't follow. Instead, her attentions snapped to Nyk, when he found Arkwin and a soft frown flickered her maw. Only to blink at Epi.. and her freaking out over a lantern? Curious times.
Dawson Capris looked over the crew that he could see. Nykita, still energetic and all, and Noct... she had this... grin... as if she wanted to do it again. Which was fine and all. It was quit a rush, but the feline was tired. Worn out. Far more out of shape than he'd realized. Or maybe it was the shock of having part of his tail ripped off. Raykit with his trinkets, fumbling around to make sure all was there, Epitome with her...whatever she was looking for, he still didn't know much about her. And Arkwin...carried in Nykita's arms. "... She okay? What happened?" He asked, followinghe squirrel as motioned to do.
