The night fell upon the Harbinger that night as the screaming could be heard from inside of the old ship - Nocturnal screamed in pain inside of the small cabin beside the medical bay, a few of the crew gathering around to comfort and attempt to help the poor hybrid after their new passenger, the Mink changed her in a way that was not yet known. The pain that wrecked through the body of the hybrid caused Gaea much distress and anguish, vines shooting out from the ship as a manifestation of that anguish, lashing out at anything living within the confines of the ship; trying to coil and constrict the crew, lash out of them in vicious attacks, biting at them to render flesh and forcing everyone to defend themselves. The animals in the forecastle were particularly vulnerable. The Mink himself had been taken by Orra above deck, his legs cut off by the enraged huntress before Nykita confronted the Fae with Sera on his heels. Sofey, Elm and Amena made their way to the top deck to avoid the cramped and vine-infested lower decks while Nykita began his interrogation of the wounded Fae, leaving Orra to make her way down in order to seek some way to help Nocturnal.
The chaos on-board provided a nice distraction so that no one would notice the dark ship approaching the encumbered Harbinger from behind, a call of alarm being made once the vessel was spotted by Sofey as the vines mysteriously stopped their attacks on the crew and receded back into the woodwork of the Harbinger, leaving the crew free to hear the alarm bell that was being rapidly rung to alert them of a new-found threat approaching - cannons were loaded, Nocturnal had stopped her screams of pain but the medical bay was rapidly being consumed by an encroaching ice that spread out from that small cabin, the Mink had turned into a small rodent and escaped into the bowels of the ship and the dark enemy vessel entered the light that came off the Harbinger, revealing itself to be the same Royal Navy vessel that battled against seven days ago, though there were no Royal Marines anymore, the deck showing the eager faces of bounty-hunters, rapidly closing in on their target... this is where we begin again.

The battle was about to get much bloodier...
With Nykita roaring in defiance towards the scores of waiting bounty hunters while Raykit, Sofie and Amena release cannon fire into the ranks of the raiders before the enemy set their foot onto the deck and the battle had begun with the Harbinger crew being out numbered at least six to one; Sofey taking on at least three hunters bare-handed at the start while Amena fighting close by with her katars, leaving a trail of slit throats and stabbed hearts, Kelin being overwhelmed by the apparent heightened resistance to magic the invaders had and was taken to the ground in a very uncivilized form of fighting while Nykita was fighting alone at the helm. The resident bard, Key Sorel even used the very door to the officer's quarters to fight the bounty hunters raiding the ship. An unexpected return to the Harbinger was made as Jasper, in disguise as bounty hunter, entered the fray!
Just then, the natural defenses of the Harbinger came to life in the form of barbed vines growing from the wood to also attack hunters, along with charms that were placed all over the ship by Freya, coming to life in the form of little paper soldiers plastering themselves over the faces of the attackers, providing enough of a distractions for Kelin to regain his composure, Nykita cutting his way to the mage to provide cover for a spell while Amena and Sofey shared a moment of bloody and painful passion in the middle of the carnage, poor Key being in appropriately handled by the vines of Gaea inside the officer's quarters. Kelin having formed a shield of levitating cannon balls and leapt into groups of hunters while Sofey, Nykita and Amena formed a defensive circle back-to-back around the hatches to prevent more hunters from making their way below deck and hurting the wounded in the medical bay. A group of gunners managed to get to the helm of the Harbinger and aimed their sights on the fighters below, two of them being taken out by the flying cannonballs around Kevin and Jasper managing to sneakily disarm one and disable the rest before the hunters revealed they had prepped the cannons on their deck, pulling back to expose the Harbinger pirates and their allies for the grape shot that tore up the deck!
Nykita managed to toss Amena and Sofey behind one of their cannons to avoid some of the damage but not before Sofey bravely covered Amena from the lucky shots, her body being peppered with holes as Kelin was caught in the open, using his last cannon ball in an effort to stop some of the shot from reaching him but was hit in the chest and went down while Jasper suffered a similar fate, hiding behind a mast only to have his limbs be battered badly. The battle looked grim as Amena dashed to the side of the fallen mage, Nykita rising up to face the remainder of the hunters alone until Sofey dashed madly, despite her wounds, at the enemy to take out two at once before a third was about to get another shot in, the squirrel captain coming to her aid just long enough for Shaith, Elm, Kal and Reman to join the fray from below deck, turning the tide of the battle to send the hunters on the run and for the Harbinger crew to persue them without mercy, turning the bounty hunters into the hunted until every single one of them was dead...
OOC: Feel free to post summaries of your characters actions so that everyone can know what happened, even if you were not present, you can retro-active add in what your character have may have been doing.
Additional OOC Note: The enemy ship is still tethered to the Harbinger, post any actions that may concern that ship; searching through it, taking supplies etc.

Reman Longtail had not been having a good evening. First there had been the vines that had come out of nowhere, attacking everyone on the ship, and now they had bounty hunters after them again too. It was all Reman could do to keep up with Nykita's orders as the Captain led the Harbinger's crew into battle, and while the canine escaped with fewer wounds than some, he had still taken a few bullets and more than a few cuts and slashes. He's been in the med-bay ever since, healing up steadily until he's ready to get back in the action again.
This was her element: the heat of the skirmish, the chaos of conquest, the fiery rage of battle, blood, steel, and death. Sofey's unbridled tenacity was quite the ally to have in a battle such as this, and her amazingly level-headed approach meant that as much as she seemed like a loose cannon she was always aimed in the right direction. There was something about pain and causing it that gave Sofey the deepest feeling of joy that was beyond explanation; the serval was a true sado-masochist.
One could only imagine why it was that the newly acquired crew would take to shielding the Britta of Legend, for the actions itself put holes upon holes through her armor, arms, legs, back, and destroyed her favorite duster-coat, an essentially irreplaceable item for it truly was one-of-a-kind. Her carefully stolen cross-bow box, a self-contained item that could catch many off-guard when employed in her sly, disgraceful fashion, was also shattered by the grapeshot. The armor, an enchanted piece of art, would need heavy work at a later date and was now basically useless, of which few could probably fix the water-dragon scale mail besides the original crafter, himself. However, there was a deeper story at work for Sofey Eristis in regards to Amena Britta, one she would brood upon in the Infirmary for the coming days as she anxiously overlooked the woman as she healed from both the wounds of battle and some odd demonic possession. Luckily, much of her utility belt, and the pouches attached with all her knick-knacks, were intact and undamaged from the battle or wounds she sustained.
The battle raged heavily, and in the process of her charging fervently and throwing hard into the few hunters that her strength, will, and determination carried her through, Sofey broke her cutlass by creating an actual gouge and crack in the metal, used up the last of her throwing knives, one having actually missed its target and gone overboard, and caused herself even more physical damage. Down to no weapons, and resorting only to her fists, which weren't even wrapped in anything more than simple leather gloves, Sofey's strength challenged pure plate steel. The steel lost in the end, as did the hunter's heart that she smashed into by cracking his ribcage and compressing his chest inwards, though so, too, did Sofey's right fist break heavily; bones were literally smashed in a few places when the pirate took to challenging plate metal. When that fist became unusable, Sofey threw even harder with her preferred hand (hidden talent: she's a lefty, though ambidextrous) and would eventually throw the shoulder completely out of the socket. That shoulder could be known to come out of the socket, for an injury many years ago still carried a disposition to easily disconnect the bone of her arm from its resting place, especially considering her own strength.
Luckily, by this time, with the reckless pirate being out of weapons, down both hands, and basically unusable in battle, the reinforcements came from below decks, having fought their way through hordes just to get up top and assist Nykita with the final push. Sofey would need assistance to get downstairs while the others cleaned house, of which the Captain had surely offered his shoulder to the smaller, overpowered serval. That trail of blood did not quit as she made her way to the Infirmary, which was already filled with members of the crew, and their guests, that were truly damaged from battle. While the pool of blood formed beneath her, and she started to teeter from existence, Sofey stuck to her roots. As was her stubborn nature, and distaste for magic, Sofey refused the magical healing offered by Kirkis and played consistently to her stubborn card, certainly frustrating Nocturnal immensely in the process, before eventually passing out in the Infirmary in the hands of Dawson who had been tending to her.
Sofey's days were clearly not meant to end on this one, though there was no denying the long list of injuries she had sustained fighting tooth-and-nail for the Harbinger were going to take awhile to heal, even longer considering Sofey was dead-set on letting her own body naturally heal these things. How long did it take for a broken, shattered hand to heal? How about multiple balls of iron indentations on her back? Broken ribs healed quickly, right?
The coming days would be spent on a much lighter duty, though Sofey was intending on giving a good, full search of the ship they were now towing, if for no other reason than her own natural curiosity. Down armor, weapons, and clothing, Sofey would need replacements fast if she was to continue helping this journey for the Harbinger.
