Summary
The Royal Kasurian Navy is the military sea force of the King of Kasuria, tasked with law enforcement, border security and military operations on the waters surrounding Kasuria and the Olde World. They are present in nearly all waters of the Dragonlands world with a vast array of branches seeded on all three continents and many islands, though their presence in Drakoria is sparse at best.
The duty of the Royal Kasurian Navy is to maintain the law and order through the waters and islands ruled by the King of Kasuria by extension the Great Houses in the Olde World, imposing their will and might across their controlled territories and are thus expected to carry out the orders given to them at will regardless of how questionable the orders may be or the opinion of them. The most frequent application of the Navy is dispensing the "Royal Justice" to any criminal or pirate.
Standard vessels of the Royal Kasuria Navy are heavily armed frigates with dark blue sails flying the colors of the King, easily distinguishable by their gold, blue and red markings. Similar to the uniforms with the standard marine wearing a short-sleeved vest of blue cloth and black pants, officers of lieutenant rank and above gain additional golden epaulettes on their shoulders while officers of captain rank or higher are allowed to add personal changes to the uniform, they also gain the addition of a long overcoat of red fabric with "Royal Justice" written down the back in gold.
Hierarchy of Ranks
The Royal Kasurian Navy is the personal armed force of the King of Kasuria but by extension, the Great Houses of the Olde World who supply troops and ships to the naval forces also have the authority to command local forces of the Royal Kasurian Navy due to their noble-born status. The official commanding figure is the Fleet Admiral, who is the highest-ranking marine with the Five Admirals serving below them and acting as the symbol for the strength and power for the Navy and are usually ordered to escort members of the royal courts in Kasuria or members of both the Major and Minor Houses from the Olde World.
