Drayson Rock is a Dragonkin boy, a humanoid dragon, of 22 years. His green scaly skin shimmers in the light. Glossy black plated scales run down his chest to the end of his undertail. Long black hair curtains over his shoulders and tapers off midway down his torso. A few assorted rings adorn his long, pointed ears. Sharp green eyes overpower his green scale skin. His clothing is light; a casual white top and black bottoms. He wears a bow and side quiver along with a unique spear featuring two blades in the shape of crescent moons, one blade larger than the other, curving over a green orb at the end of the staff. This orb, the Orb of the Spirit, enhances Drayson's inborn power to summon and control fire. He inherited the Spirit of Fire from birth, which is the source of his power. This does require mental focus and physical assertion, but has become second nature to him, like a synchronized dance. He was once an asset soldier in the far off, human populated Western Kingdom in a war against the East. His motivation was to save his love from the abusive captivity of the Eastern Kingdom. Odds were against him, becoming a citizen and a soldier in a human kingdom, but he convinced those in power to allow this. He impressed them, but that may not have been the only thing. Most would consider him a quite likable character.

They were separated to different squads by ruling of the academy, but are going ahead with their investment in their ability to keep their future safe, being together in the times they can while off duty.
