There appears to be some confusion over what exactly this group is meant to be. Yes, Neon Age is only forum-based. The group's FAQ explains why this is, but to save you the time of hunting that down here it is:
Dreamweaving and patching is a lot of work and it's time consuming. I don't do either of those myself so I would need to find people who do and either pay them with money I do not have to spend, manage to gather regular donations, or be lucky enough to have dedicated people volunteer. As it stands right now I have none of the resources needed except a dream outline so for the time being there is no dream. I and several others would like to see a dream one day but we'll just have to wait and see.
If you want to see a dream, maybe we can do this together? ☮
