I think either a Yule or saturnalia festival during the holiday time would be a good one. Or how about a harvest festival during the fall? I have many ideas for festivals. I'll go in order by season yeah?
Early spring: Spring Festival, to welcome in the spring and kick out the winter, Saint Valentines Day/Lovers Festival, for all those who would like to celebrate their love with the whole world, Fools Festival, a festival for those to prank or do jokes upon one another under tense of good will. Maiden Festival perhaps, to celebrate all the unwed young girls of the village? A bit of a beauty contest, but it'd be cute, it would also do well as a summer one too, doesn't have to just be early spring.
Late Spring: May Day Festival would be a good one. Mothers Festival, to give thanks to all whom are or are becoming mothers soon.
Early Summer: Summer Solstice, a nice festival to start celebrating the coming longer days and shorter nights. A Fathers Festival, just like the mothers festival.
Late Summer: None I can think of.
Early fall: Wisdom/Elders Festival, Fall is known as the months where in wisdom is at its highest, perhaps a festival where the villagers elders share their own knowledge among the younger ones.
Late Fall: Spooky Festival, where young and old dress up in costumes on the last night of the October moon to scare away spirits and demons of all kinds. Harvest Festival, as mentioned above, it is the time of the year to give thanks for the bountiful harvesting.
Early Winter: Yule/Saturnalia Festival, a celebration of the year that has come to pass, giving presents to ones friends, and so forth. New Years Eve, to reminisce upon the year that has come and gone, speak of sorrows and happiness that has happened and to look forward to the new year.
Late Winter: New Years Festival, to celebrate the new year as it has finally come, merriment and happiness as many think about things to come in the year, and to hopefully better themselves with resolutions.
Now these are just suggestions so...hehe.

4 or 5 per year is good--maybe something specific to Yveridia like a Founding Festival? Or else something unique like... Cheese Festival
I had an idea for Halloween or Hallow's Eve Festival.
The town for the weekend of or whenever we hold the festival gets haunted. Some characters get turned into monsters and terrorize the town and its all good fun because once the night passes all returns to normal.
