The new gravekeeper, Kynigos, and his assistant Avakka (whom only appears as completely wrapped in cloth, mask, and coat) has begun to open a small archive, as he builds his nest in a far and unoccupied corner. Written journals for the deceased, or works by the deceased, can be accessed there like a small library of personal works on farewells and wills. Lists of names for the deceased can also be discovered there, and Kynigos urges that whenever a new name is added to the list, that he be contacted so that he can keep it up to date.

A very young black cat named Heimdall is always seen within the graveyard, sometimes mysteriously disappearing in the far, dark northern corner of the area. Kynigos can be spotted, working the graves (Cleaning them, tending to the plant life), and usually he can be heard singing or humming lowly. This will cut off abruptly when someone else enters the scene.

Additionally, one by one, upon each of the graveyards, small and meticulously crafted cloth dolls have started to appear. They depict the deceased as they were in life, perched upon the tops of stone mantles. Whenever one is taken away, for whatever purpose, be it mementos or just to steal, another will appear after a few days. The cloth is not prime, and sometimes they are a little mismatched, but the respect is there.

Known Deceased
Millie Chiot -- Died in the Infirmary of heart failure. -- Gravestone: "Loved By Many"
Something messy seems to have happened in the graveyard! A lot of scorched areas in a certain spot in the back, as though something was seared and sizzled away, black marks on the ground and tombstones. It has yet to be cleaned up! Shards of bone and black, singed feathers remain.
Kynigos has returned to start cleaning things up. A ward has been put up around the graveyard that bars entry from the undead. This INCLUDES vampires. It would be like trying to walk through a brick wall without having a brick wall there that could break. Necromantic magic used within the graveyard will fizzle. This means the bodies are protected. Necromancers will have to do their magics elsewhere rather than the beloved remains of the townsfolk! That being said, the ward CAN be broken, but please whisper me ahead of time so that people can be notified rather than granting a free pass with my character still playing as though the wards were still up.

A recent grave has been dug. A new name has been added to the archives. Fresh dirt has already been filled, and come morning, a doll will be perched at the very top of the tombstone. A soft cloth doll, it is in the shape of Millie, complete with a tufty, fluffy tail and small ears poking through 'hair' composed of golden yarn.
