Having taken note of said occurrence found himself liking silver all the more. Silver munitions would sell well once his store-front was open.
The rumors had reached a certain elven woman who would make specific attempts to avoid the slums even more so than she did before. Her eyes were also going to be peeled for anything with teeth larger than a normal humans, however for several days anyone who could be regarded as a stranger will be met with extra skepticism.
Eventually during the early-ass break of dawn, people are sent to collect the body. Brave guards or well-paid errand-workers, they're tasked to bring the body to the graveyard. Most everyone would honestly want to leave it alone, especially by this point of decomposition.

Berry'd have heard of this from her underlings. It couldn't possibly be her; she was caged up in the torture chambers on said night behind silver bars, used to urge confessions out of cowardly Rats. Still, this case was of particular interest to her and her children's well-being.
