Plaza Crew

Hello, Plazians or whatever the hell we're called. I just wanted to say hello, due to my eventual arrival at Repo. and I also thought I'd start ranting. As that is what I'm best at.
Now, I know that RP quality obviously has gone down over time, but now it's just getting stupid. It's more common and LITERALLY going to shit.
I can accept people who give an effort, but incidents like this? :

Stuff like this is pathetic, not even giving a slight effort. What's the fun in RPing with a partner who is half-assed and can't think of good replies/be generally creative to keep things alive, and up.
It's just pathetic, and Plaza seems like it's..rotting, dying out.
And that's why I gave up and migrated. I held off coming here, telling myself "No, no, I'm sure it can improve," and boy was I wrong.
So yeah, if you need me, I'm here.
PM me, I won't be hanging around this group as to be honest it just reminds me of that awful place.

Oh you want to talk about post quality, Eh? Well, if anybody knows anything about this, it's me.

I'd like to hear your opinion on this, Ano. Does this irritate you, and what are your full views on the quality of posting in general?

I've definitely noticed a decline as well. Although some people, like Iwakura, Hansaki, Puppet, Ano, and Lain have kept their RPs going, others have gone to shit. For example, and no offense to these people, they're all great, Fayne, RMJE (OmegaReploid), and the new people arriving who know nothing about RPing. Hence why I never go by, except for on special occasions.

Well first off, that image you have up there offends me. That quality is bleh! *retch*
Anyways, for me, roleplaying is like writing a book; a fine-grained, gold-bordered, lavander scented book. All the beauty is not only in the drama and satire, but in the words and scenery, and lacking thereof puts the pages of your novel to rot.
That being said, there needs to be effort when coming up with your post. The tiniest detail can set the stage for brilliant plots and graceful storytelling.

I thought I'd post the image above as it was not only a good example, but it was just straight up pretty pathetic to be quite honest.
Can I safely say that because of reasons visible through the image and my postings are essentially those that are pulling me to leave from Plaza?

I always try to have some level of clemency with people who have... less experience roleplaying than I do, but I agree that there are some people who just cant, as hard as they try. Starting is difficult for plenty of people, But some loathe it so much they completely check out when writing a beginning, and that's just completely unacceptable. However, I dont see that as a reason to leave us back home ;-;

Honestly, I try to do the best I can, but sometimes the start can be rocky, seeing as how people never help me think of a good plot, which has me running out of ideas, which is very, VERY irritating.

Also, quality comes into the plot. You can't have a half-assed adventure, but you also can't be a God ruling over a planet as the plot.

Well, you /CAN/, it's just that it requires valid effort and contribution between both players despite it being severely frowned upon.

On another note, I hardly find Plaza decent anymore, and those who are GOOD at RP never seem to want to RP with me, as they're all with existing RP partners.

Pshhh. Anyway, I can agree with all this. Although, I might add, The forest can be a good place to start, given it fits the theme and such. But if it's just the forest, then, there's not much of a point. As someone who uses OC's that are for the majority, human, I can say that it's more unnecessary than necessary.

Well, when it comes down to me and why I start in a forest sometimes is because 1 of my OCs live in one. But, my other 5 OCs don't. 3 of those 5 just camp out where they want, one of them live in an alternative dimension and that last one lives in a different galaxy.

Oh, and on another notice;
thanks for stickying/pinning this. I feel as if it should have been yet didn't want to ask directly due to the community being those who decide on what should and what shouldn't be done.

I think Plaza killed my RP quality.
