(16:37:27) Solesque: So, general attitude right now for these guys, should basically be "thank god it's over, but god we're awesome" lol.
(16:37:46) You say, "I would assume they can have stressors or anything that would come with war, though, right Sol?"
(16:37:47) Aris: Hijack away! ^^
(16:38:44) Solesque: They are INCREDIBLY proud, and overconfident, so they never had any thought that they wouldn't win, this is more them just no longer having to deal with it. And they, along with all of the other races in Maegliin Seregon were fighting the Nargathrodian demons.
(16:39:43) Solesque: Of course. They lost a lot, which obviously impacts them... Most suffered some injuries that are busy healing, and their homeland is a wreck. Definitely a stressed bunch, but still solid in their thoughts.
(16:40:25) Solesque leaves the floor open for other questions.
(16:40:26) You say, "Real quick"
(16:41:24) You say, "Obi and I are talking in whispers about the way that the gang got to The Tether. We can assume, since Sol has been here awhile, that Layla (Infi here) gathered who they have to make base here in TGT."
(16:41:59) You say, "Basically a place to rest, eat, and make plans to go back and forth to find fellow clans people (which is a great way to introduce new players!)"
(16:42:40) You say, "Does this sound ok with you, Sol? "
(16:44:27) Solesque: Yep. That's exactly how it is.
(16:44:36) Aris: So, just to make sure I'm on track, great big war, big losses, home is a mess.. we're here essentially because our Queen, Sol, is here to apprehend Tri, and because we're bored and home is in repairs...
(16:45:07) You say, "I wouldn't say bored... There's a lot to do XD We just need rest"
(16:45:34) Solesque: Yes. Also, Sol has been very open about what Layla was doing, as well as the fact that for all intents and purposes, Artemian is off doing the same thing Layla was.. He'll be the last one to return however.
(16:46:12) You say, "and we can totally have rps about going back to the homeland and stuff, that would be fun"
(16:46:21) Oblique: Absolutely agree
(16:46:48) You say, "Oh, Sol, would Obi know who Tri is and what she looks like? Since I know Ari is too young to, yeah?"
(16:47:03) Solesque: Right, especially as the 'rebuilding' period will quite literally be us rebuilding the dream if we decide we'd like to.
(16:47:22) Solesque: Sol's also looking at taking over Arcondelial for them, which would give them a place to call home temporarily.
(16:48:23) Solesque: Mmm.. Triumph is in the range of 600-700 years old. She was turned right in the middle, which is already questionable to them. If they're older than that, they would certainly recognize her. Younger won't, ONLY because she's in her original form right now.
(16:48:57) Oblique: That'd be part of my question then for development. How old am I going to be having Obi?
(16:49:05) Solesque: The only one's who would recognize her now are those who were Queen's guard when they found her in the first place. Aris would be able to put her identity together fairly easy if she were her normal redhead self.
(16:49:18) Aris: Aris is almost ALWAYS bored... except during the war... probably the most life most of them had seen out of her.
(16:49:26) You say, "lmao"
(16:50:08) Solesque: Depending on how you want to play him, You'll want him older than 700 I'd say. Lay is in her 1100s, so I would put him nearer to her.
(16:51:28) Solesque: Also, in comparison to them being considered a 'dead' race, time in their homelands passes INCREDIBLY slow. They're going to be losing the slightest bit of time by being at the Tether.
(16:53:23) Solesque: These aren't undead, though they make jokes about it at times. That little bit of Seraph blood makes them unlike the others.
(16:54:19) Solesque notes the convenience of her being able to jot all these things down to go in detail on in the giant book of all things Draconian.

(16:58:17) Solesque: Oh, it's also something to know that they would have general feelings towards all of the others. Triumph: Unified belief of her much like 'Artemian's dirty little secret that they cover up', they are unsettled by everything about her, think she is unnatural, and out of order. Also because she is technically Te'Sorthenian, not a warrior from birth like them.

(16:59:07) Solesque: Layla is generally looked out much like Sol, everyone is super respectful towards her, though she's always been like a sibling to them. And yes, she's a badass.

(17:00:17) Aris: So Tri is like "Ewww Unclean" - Layla "Senpai, Bow" - Sol "My Queen, Kneel"

(17:00:51) Aris: Except for Aris who's like "...Tri? Tri?.. Oh wait! That's the unclean one? Kyoot"
(17:00:57) Aris: LOL
(17:01:17) Solesque: Artemian, no one wants to piss off. Even without the lacunae applying to him, he's always been a little tempermental. He's also notorious for being the only one of them who will track and kill whoever the hell. He seduces people for sport, so there are lots of eye rolls to his pasttimes. However, they do respect him, especially because of how loyal he is to Sol. He'll bite someone's head off if they touch her. Literally. Wings have been ripped out in the past to prove points.
(17:01:50) You say, "I have a question!"
(17:01:58) Solesque: Si?
(17:02:32) You say, "They can't drink blood from others, right?Since it makes them ill. So do they take turns drinking from each other? How does that work exactly?"
(17:02:48) You say, "LET ME BLEED INTO A GOBLET FOR YOU, OTHER GUARDSMEN? lmao"
(17:03:05) Oblique: Lol why do I jsut see "oo snack *chomp*"

(17:03:29) Solesque shakes head. "They can feed off of any normal thing, and each other. Normal Vampires are going to make them obscenely ill. They tend to stick with each other because they don't typically make a point of telling the world about the blood part."

(17:04:12) Aris: What are feeding patterns like...
(17:04:18) Aris: frequency wise

(17:05:05) Solesque: It depends on age mostly. They have a really high tolerance to everything as they get older. Aris would feed more often than any of the others.

(17:06:05) Solesque runs Sol's on a meter really. I add a block to it per day, and when she starts to get to the 7 out of 10 area, things start to get bad. They'll start to go a bit crazy, lacunae get really out of control, and they'll become more like actual vampires.

(17:07:41) Solesque: Lol, SO MANY THINGS AT ONCE!
(17:07:44) Oblique: It may have been.
(17:07:53) Oblique: THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS when you have Q&A :3
(17:08:12) Solesque: They all have their own fighting style, but they do fight as a group in more of a Viking/Greco-Roman
(17:08:37) Solesque: If you mix those two cultures, you get a lot of them.
(17:08:45) Solesque: As a unit, these things are deadly.
(17:09:33) Oblique: Question about the wings, do the females typically have the feather-prime style ones? And are they functional?

(17:09:37) You say, "So, long swords, short swords, daggers, archers, etc etc"
(17:09:55) Solesque: They ALL have prime wings, they're all functional.
(17:10:04) Solesque: You can have an extra set of batwings, but they ALL have prime wings.
(17:10:05) Oblique nods
(17:10:17) Solesque: They use them allllll the time.
(17:10:24) Oblique: Oh lord
(17:10:25) Oblique: Aris.
(17:10:32) Oblique: No dive bombing.
(17:10:42) Solesque: Yes on the weapons. Sol's is a bow since creation.
(17:10:59) Visage: I plan to have Vis run dual swords.
(17:11:09) You say, "I picture Layla being a swords woman"
(17:11:14) Aris: Aris is a dagger weapons sorta girl
(17:11:40) Solesque: ALSO. Some of you may have Shadow Magic. You're welcome to fool around with it in any way you want, just run it by me to make sure it's not crazy. Usually the Shadow magic is used for cloaking when I've seen it in action in the past.
(17:11:50) Aris: And maybe dual axes..
(17:12:02) Solesque: Lmfao, come on guys.. .Lets go TMNT with the weaponry. >)

(17:12:16) Oblique: DONT JUDGE ME I WAS jsut thinking of sai

(17:12:41) Solesque: Let's see... uuumm...
(17:14:09) Aris is going to have the young one have shadow magic
(17:14:09) Solesque: And Sol they're more just loyal and respectful to. Keep in mind that mentally she's the same creature that started their race, and they spent a looooooooooongggg time waiting for them to be reborn. They'll protect her above all else. Slightly less so on Artemian as they recognize him to be her inferior. She's the only one who isn't constantly burdened by lacunae as well, specifically because the original Draconian Guard pulled some crazy magic to make her clear-minded, instead of the slightly psycopathic original version of herself that took over all five of the kingdoms in the first place. It is expected that she step in if any of your characters lacunae start causing disruptions, and when she does, they WILL listen. Failsafe. Mostly on Artemian's character. v.v
(17:14:50) Solesque: You can be in shade. Stay out of the sun. It won't kill you immediately, but you will be blind, and it will be uncomfortable as hell.
(17:15:22) Oblique nod nod
(17:15:44) Solesque: Speaking of. Let's discuss the eyes. I'll tell you all how they actually function. ^^
(17:15:51) You say, "Basically it goes Sol > Clan > Themselves, right?"
(17:15:57) Solesque: Yes.

(17:19:47) Solesque: This is what their eyes are going to do if they start trying to use Draconic sight. Basically, they have an additional attachment *Look it up if you like, no one would actually understand it if you attempted to tell them*, that opens their eyes up and allows them to filter more light, causing it to look like a racoon, or other nocturnal animal. Their view of color is going to drastically decrease with this.
(17:20:31) Oblique: So they go color-blind in ways
(17:20:34) Oblique: With the use of it
(17:20:55) Solesque: While normally standing around, They will just be a foggy white color. They're capable of zooming in on things, and sensing heat signatures, but it'll be ever so obvious.
(17:20:57) Solesque nods.
(17:21:07) Solesque: It comes in handy during war and battle.
(17:22:03) Visage nod.
(17:22:46) Solesque needs to waddle outside for a moment. Brb.

(17:27:18) Aris: What about addictions? I imagine being vampire-esque that they don't really cycle through additions that often, but can they grow addicted to one another...

(17:32:53) Solesque returns. "It's a distinct possibility. If they feed off of any one thing for a long period they may have to force themselves out of it."
(17:33:03) Aris: including one another?
(17:34:20) Solesque nods. "Could happen, though less likely. The same blood runs in most of their veins though, so it shouldn't be as bad. Sol and Artemian would be the main ones. Feeding off of them would probably create an actual high of sorts for other Draconians, so they would be something to avoid in great quantities, but... they probably would anyway simply because of what they are."
(17:34:46) Solesque: However, this leads to a different conversation. About FEEDING.
(17:36:13) Solesque: Sol's going to smack the shit out of any of you who blatantly kill noticeable people while feeding. If they do, they better help eachother cover it up. They don't really want people to know about this side of themselves, so if they feed on something that's not their own kind, they need to be a bit sneaky.

(17:38:04) Solesque: Lay and Obi would both have pretty high tolerances at this point as well, and given their position, they'll be as stringent about it as Sol. Though they may handle the situations in different ways.

(17:38:38) Solesque: I.E. Covering it up before Sol finds out may be a correct course of action for one, and running angrily to Sol may be a response from another.
Key Notes from the Q & A:
Q: What is their fighting style?
A: They all have their own fighting style, but they do fight as a group in more of a Viking/Greco-Roman manner. So, long swords, short swords, daggers, bow and arrows, etc, etc.
