Would it be a good idea to make a list of notable NPCs that might frequently come up in RP? For example, major CEOs/corporate figures, politicians, crime bosses, and other organization leaders. We can also include more mundane, recurring NPCs.
The format could look something like this:

Gender: Male
Faction: Corporate
Occupation: CEO of Sloan Worldwide Holdings, Inc., and Chairman of the Board.
Disposition: Unfriendly.
Blurb: The founder and CEO of Sloan Worldwide Holdings, Eoin Sloan is the quintessential self-made man.

It would help a lot, I think. My question is; as a forum section, or a single thread?
I'd vote for a single thread, just to cut down on clutter.
