  • Guidelines for Characters

    • The year is a slightly different 2016 from what we might know. Supernatural beings have lived among humans ever since, but eventually some decades ago they weren't be able to hide any more. In the following years, supernatural beings were treated like minor people, leading to much tumult and very tensed connections between humans and non-humans.
    • While doctors, nurses and therapists are most likely human, the patients in the ward are most likely non-human. For those supernatural beings I have very few restrictions. Just keep in mind they're not meant to be able to run away from the asylum - so no over-powered characters. This is not about combat here.
    • Feel free to introduce your own species or class with your character. Make sure the character's profile tells us everything we need to know. There are no limitations on which species do or don't exist yet. If anything is getting out of hand though, be aware that in case of doubt the GM might talk to several people regarding that.
    • While I personally prefer more realistic or more realistically drawn pictures, I won't make a rule out of that. The only thing is that you need to have at least some significant pictures of any kind for your characters as reference on appearance.

    EVERYTHING SHORT
    • You can play either human characters or supernatural beings of any kind.
    • The roleplay takes place in modern age United States in a fictional town
    • when eventually other things might turn out to be relevant as we go, I will edit the pages here after some discussion inside the forums!

    Note:
    Your character can be of any gender.
    Your character can have any sexual and/or romantic preferences.
    If there will be romance, everything is allowed to be happening.
