It is here that the organized criminal class and less than savory races make their base, a smaller town of wretched hive of villainy hidden somewhere in the darkness known as The Underworld. Here, the law of the lands above do not apply...

    This is one of the cities' many more 'cult'-like religions, but it is an ancient order and one that many follow. The Children of Experience truly believe that the modifications they make to their bodies will lead them to enlightenment. The more functional limbs one has, the more 'in touch' one is with the divine. This ideology to some degree extends to the senses, where loss of sight or taste is a tragedy and psychic ability is seen as an inspired manifestation. They seek to restore that which has been 'lost', including limbs and abilities believed to be 'lost' by certain races in the distant past, like the wings of lesser sphinxes.
