Rumors are a great way to get a plot boiling, or just to add a bit of flavor here and there! The city is rather large and hardly limited to your own player-characters, after all. Did someone spot something? What's the latest gossip on the sovereignty? That taur over there looks a bit shifty, what's he up to? Was something reported to the nearest authority? Has it escalated? And how true IS it - how far down the line of whispers has it come?
