In an effort to rejuvenate the NVPD, all officers will be required to be a member of either the PCD or COPE.
This applies to all officer positions (forensics, civilian, and correction positions exempt). Please reply to this thread or PM me to designate which team you'd like to be a part of. Please also note, you may be a member of both.
Community Oriented Police Enforcement (COPE) Unit
The NVPD COPE unit is tasked with addressing various issues of concern to the community, including traffic complaints, quality of life issues and involvement in charitable or community-focused events. Officers who have elected to serve as members of COPE are available regularly to meet with community groups, schedule tasks and provide public safety during public presentations.

Precinct Crime Division (PCD)
The PCD is responsible for investigating most misdemeanor and violation offenses as well as domestic incident complaints that occur within the confines of the precinct. Certain misdemeanor and violation offenses will require further investigation by the precinct’s detective squads.

Oh boy, decisions...
Ophelia Delacroix will be involved with PCD.
However, she will also be available to assist with COPE outreach events as her schedule permits.
