The administrators are not liable for any personal or professional conflict that may arise and any inappropriate content or actions may result in removal from the group.
- Community Interaction - Our community has a wide range of artists, from aspiring and practicing to experienced and professionals, because of this variety we pride ourselves on our positive and welcoming atmosphere. Every member of our community should treat each other with the same level of respect and kindness as they would want to be treated with. Any inappropriate or unnecessary testimonials posted in the forums will be removed and may result in temporary or permanent removal from the group. In addition calling out group members in a public and negative manner will not be tolerated, including but not limited to the moderators, developers, artists and any other individual community members.
- Critiques and Feedback - While we have a feedback forum, this does not permit the use of insulting or unnecessary commentary towards someones work or opinion. Any inappropriate content or comments will be removed, continued negative comments may result in temporary removal from the group. People may have different perspectives and it should not be held against them.
Remember, constructive feedback and positive direction always reinforces a strong motivation to achieve personal goals.
This is not a place for art bashing or opinion bashing.
- Creative Challenges - The Creative challenges forum is strictly art related as they are meant to be a fun and creative ways to expand our practice and skills by thinking outside of the box, or by stepping out of our comfort zone and trying something new. You can challenge yourself personally and share your goals or challenge the community as a whole and see who joins in!
Please note that this is not a place to challenge people to make free art for you or for your characters.
- Posting Art - All art or projects posted in the forums should be posted by the original artist. If it is an image used for reference from another source, you must credit the original artist where necessary.
Sexually explicit art is prohibited. Nudity is only acceptable in the form of referencing an art study or educational discussion of anatomy. If any material posted is considered inappropriate by the administration of this group, it will be removed or you may be asked to edit or take it down.
- Using the Forums - The forums are organized in a manner for everyone to be able to post and interact comfortably. Whether you're an digital painter, web designer, craft maker, or even a supporter of the art world, everyone is welcome to post freely in accordance to the desired forum.
We value the opinions and questions of every community member and so long as the code of conduct is being respected and applied, everyone is encouraged to share their thoughts.
Keep in mind that this group and it's forums are geared towards art related themes, personal relations unrelated to these themes should remain private.
- Conflict Resolution - While the code of conduct is reinforced and a requirement for members to join in order to maintain an welcoming and friendly environment, we are aware that conflict may arise from miscommunication or a difference in opinions from time to time. Please keep in mind that not everyone thinks the same way and that a difference in opinion is to be expected and will be accepted so long as conversations are presented in a respectful manner. Points can be argued and constructive conversation can be had, but if things get out of hand the thread will be locked. It is also not the job of the moderators to mediate personal vendettas and we encourage any discrepancies between community members to be worked out privately. However if you have any questions or concerns you may bring them to the attention of a moderator privately and they will pass on your concerns through the proper channels of authority.
