At first it seems as though Tanner himself wouldn't make it out of the fully-infected hospital, but with the help of an anonymous writer, he ends up escaping his prison in hopes of finding himself in the outside world. But with the world's most deadly disease spreading so fast, Tanner must fight to survive and find Sonya, the girl who could help restore his lost memories.
