This is where one would go if they'd desire to leave out the back. Most don't, so it's very unlikely to run into security personnel here. The patients sometimes lounge about in the back lobby or step outside for some fresh air.
Raven spotted dozens of worried souls staring back at her. A few doctors rushed over to her after noticing that she was caked in blood.
"Are you ok? Did you get attacked? How many were there?" the doctors asked.

Raven opened her mouth to speak but only a growl came out. She cleared her throat and tried again. "I neeeddddd cuuuyyyuuurrreeree" She took a few steps back while resisting the urge to bite them.
The doctors were shocked at the way she spoke. A few came over to her.
"Right this way ma'am." one of them said, gesturing to a room adjacent to her.

Was it that easy? Raven eyed the exit for a second, considering just leaving. But she would probably die soon so she entered the room.
As the doctors approached her, a few security guards came into view behind them. They were escorted by two police officers with handguns ready. They were moving fast.
Raven immediately took off running towards the exit. When she reached there, she pushed through the door.
