The first floor of IKEA only featured home furnishings and housewarming items. Decorations could be found at the back of the floor.
Logan walked in the store with her cart and headed toward the back of the room where she began looking at things. She had her cellphone with her, and a bottle of water, but that was all she brought in with her.
Reyna moved her way through the crowd of customers with her target locked. She prepped herself first, then stepped over to Logan with a warming smile on her face.
"Found what you're looking for," she asked as if she were an employee. Reyna scanned the beautiful décor the area had to offer and felt slightly bad that it'd probably be ruined not too long from now.

Logan had been in the middle of looking at things and putting some in her cart when someone spoke to her. She looked up at the lady who said something and smiled as she nodded. "I have, thank you."
Reyna nodded, then picked up a beautiful and neatly folded tablecloth. She admired the oceanic design as she spoke.
"I know it's not easy to shop at a big store like this," she began. "But that's what I'm here for. This place has the perfect sale if you're interested. It won't even cost you a dime."

Logan looked a bit surprised as she watched and listened to the woman. "Really? What kind of sale is it?" She asked as she set down a picture she had been holding.
At that point, Reyna knew that she peaked her target's interest. Now her biggest challenge became maintaining that interest. She set the decoration down first, then pointed to the elevator.
"It's better that you see it for yourself," Reyna replied with a wink. "It'd spoil the surprise. Let's hurry before they run out."

Logan was intrigued, but she hesitated a bit and stayed at her cart for a couple minutes trying to think. Something felt off about this, but she couldn't quite figure out what, and the secret sale sounded really good. Eventually she grabbed her cell phone and followed after the lady.

As soon as the elevator doors opened Logan was hit by a wave of screams, and smells of blood. She managed to keep a scream down, but started gagging a bit as she looked around frantically. She forced her self down to the ground, where she crawled through legs and around people until she got out of the thickest part. She then jumped to her feet and began running to the nearest exit, hoping she wouldn't get hurt.
Reyna watched Logan take off for the front exit and internally growled. She needed the girl to Head out the rear. Reyna tried going after her, but a wave of Insurgents blocked the path.

The attackers were nearly done with their buffet of victims, so Logan would have to hurry to escape. More sick people entered the entrance of IKEA, ultimately blocking the way out. The cannibals began closing in on the remaining people in the building.
Logan started to panic as she skid to a stop, seeing the entrance blocked. She frantically looked around before spotting a rear exit, and quickly made her way over.
Logan felt a hand on her arm. It was a person getting eaten alive by a few infected that held onto the girl for dear life.
"Help me," the civilian screamed out. "Please help me!"

Logan looked at the person and opened her mouth to scream, but was too scared to. She quickly pushed the hand away, but that caused her to fall backwards. Once on the ground she quickly began crawling again so as to keep moving.

The civilian screamed as the predators finished her off. Two of them spotted Logan and immediately began moving towards her to finish the job. One of the infected fell to it's knees and attempted to grab the girl's ankles.

Once again Logan almost screamed as she could almost feel the infected touching her. She reached for the nearest object she could fling as she tried to get up so she could run.
Logan's object struck the creature in the head, dazing it for a few seconds before it went on the attack again. Luckily for Logan, she has every item on this floor at her disposal. She could try to attack by using various appliances as weapons, or could form a barricade with the available furniture. With those two ideas and many more to think of, Logan needed to do something and quickly.
Logan quickly grabbed the nearest appliance, which just so happened to be a frying pan, and used against any infected that got close as she attempted to build a makeshift barricade. There were many ideas racing through her mind as she tried to focus, and she was honestly scared she would have a heart attack because of all that was happening. She would alternate the frying pan between her hands when needed depending on which side they were closer to, and also how she needed to push things.
With immense effort, Logan managed to make a decent barricade. It won't hold for longer than a minute, but reinforcements arrived just in time.
"There's definitely someone in here," Tanner informed, gesturing to the six infected that were focused on one point in the room. "They didn't notice us at all."
