The rear of one of the most interesting stores out there! The only thing is, that there is only one sealed-off door. It's almost like that door is for show...
Tanner looked down on the ground he once stood on to see a group of hungry Insurgents. Offal laid everywhere in that alley, causing a wave of nausea to emerge.
"Whatever you guys do," Tanner said as he turned to the two siblings. "Don't look back."
He hopped down the platform and to the back of the store where the three needed to wait for Tatum.
"We're here."

Alan nodded. "You heard the man." he told Kirsten. It seemed to snap her out of some sort of trance. Perhaps she was daydreaming? In any case, she nodded slowly.
Alan proceeded down the other side of the wall a bit more carefully than Tanner had, and landed next to him with Kirsten still in his arms.
"Alright. We should be able to see our Uncle from here if he heads to the TMC."

Tanner began walking towards the front when an ear-shattering scream rang in his ears.
"Holy hell," he said. "That came from inside the store."
He pulled out his revolver and held onto it tightly just in case.

After hearing the screams, Kirsten whimpered in fear as Alan suddenly equipped a serious expression.
"We've gotta get in there and help any survivors." he stated, almost like an order rather than a suggestion.
Alan's eyes suddenly directed at Tanner's revolver. He wasn't aware that he had been armed the entire time. He didn't say anything about it, however.

"I'm with you on that hero, but we're not exactly combat ready."
Tanner in truth didn't want to bother trying to save everyone, but he knew that the building needs to be secure enough for the three to wait for their ride. Out of nowhere, a car sped their way without any intention of stopping.
"Look out," Tanner shouted as he dived out of harm's way.

Reyna bursted out the back of the store amd made a break for the black vehicle. She climbed into the back just as enemies began moving towards their position. The car drove off, leaving the three to fend for themselves.
"What the-?!" Alan dove out of the way just before the car hit him. Kirsten nearly fell out of his arms, but he managed to catch her and keep her in his grip.
"Phew, that was close. What was wrong with that guy?" he asked as he stood up.
As the car passed by them with seemingly no regard for their safety, Kirsten's eyes were drawn to the driver.
"A-Ah..." she was speechless for some reason as she watched him drive off. She didn't know why, but he gave off an odd feeling that she didn't know what to make of.

Tanner rose to his feet and dusted himself off. He first glanced at the area where the car once was, then at the incoming Insurgents.
"I don't know," he responded as he began backing up with his weapon in hand. "But I don't want to wait around to find out."

"Agreed." Alan said. He glanced down at Kirsten.
"You okay?" he asked. She didn't respond at first, as her eyes were still following the car that was now speeding away. But she suddenly shook her head.
"A-Ahh, um...y-yeah. Well, not really." she said as she gazed down at her leg. Alan nodded in understanding.
"Don't worry, we're going to get you help soon. Just hang on a little longer."
He then turned back to Tanner. "You've got a gun that you can use. After you." he said.

Tanner aimed at one of the incoming threats, but wisely decided to save his ammunition. Jogging so that his partner could keep up, the two headed around to the store's entrance.
