This way is a way that isn't commonly taken. Any person who you happened to meet in the outskirts will advise you to avoid this treacherous path. Cracks and narrow, jagged turns make this area a challenge. Not only that, but the Mojave desert's dry climate makes packing water a must. Though the roads are dangerous, they're the fastest way to West Tucson. It is recommended that you travel with a partner and with lots of supplies.
