These Apartments are a lot to be desired. They have holes in the walls, the floors, the tubs... THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A JACUZZI! This place is for the Lower Class. I wouldn't be surprised if they paid a penny per day at these places I mean seriously I think I just saw a... RAT!!!!
Tinsley sighed scratching her head watching a rat scurry across the floor in her apartment. She shook her head and said "Putrid Rat." as she walked to her window glancing out she saw the Southern Alley way below her she sighed effortlessly walking out of her apartment she locked the door behind her walking down the stairs to the lobby of the apartment. She looked through the mail slot and grabbed her mail sorting through it she walked back upstairs growling "Just freaking Bills." she unlocked her apartment door walking in she locked it behind her dropping the bills on the floor she wiped her face of with her hands.
Adam was most definitely exasperated. He had come to the big city in the hopes of creating a moderately brighter future for himself, seeing as New York, with the flashing lights and the big avenues, was supposed to be some sort of more solid starting ground for people like him, who sought to fit in better in society. Instead of meeting new people he'd ended up back on the bottom of the food chain, stuck with only a dingy little apartment in the ghetto part of town and little to no money.

He dragged what flimsy luggage he had up the stairs of the establishment, grumbling to himself angrily. The place looked horrid. He wondered if he would even get a decent bed to sleep in, but he doubted it. With how little rent he was supposed to pay, he didn't expect much out of his new apartment.

The landlord looked like a typical beer gut alcoholic and all the people he saw on the way in looked the type as well. One girl was different from the majority - dark hair and light eyes and she looked just as annoyed at her predicament as him. He made a mental note to see if she wanted to go out later.
James saw a woman looking down at the alley as he arrived from the Southern Alleyway. He knew she was different. Most people don't look at areas like that. Anyways, James walked into the lobby of the apartment. He went to check his mail, and went to his pocket for his keys, before realizing that he didn't have them. "Well, damn." He pulled out his dagger, and attempted to pick his mailbox lock. But would that work? Of course not!
Tommy entered the building his Lamborghini outside parked and looked up body guards guarding it. The landlord watched him walk in unamused Tommy with what energy he had. Tommy smiled waving to the Landlord heading to Tinsley's apartment. He knocked on the door waiting for her to answer.
James stared at Tommy, and watched him head to Tinsley's apartment. "Hey, rich boy! What are you doing here, huh?!"
Tinsley opened the door and heard the guy's snide remark. She walked out hands on her hips she said delicately, but ferociously "He's here to see a friend. Isn't that okay? Can't poor people and rich people be friends?!" she stomped back in her apartment not even waiting for the guy's reply.
"He isn't gonna share with the rest of us, huh? How dare he step foot in here if he doesn't even know what it's like?" He slowly went up the steps from the lobby, to the first floor of apartments.
Tommy glanced at Tinsley then the guy as he smirked walking into her apartment with her he closed the door locking it behind him. He said "Tins... what's wrong? You seem more angry than usual." he chuckled slightly then he saw her bills on the floor he picked them up saying "Y'know I can help you pay these right?"
He shook his head, chuckling. "I can't believe this. Only in New York, am I right?!" James walked to the end of the corridor of the first floor, to the very last door on the left. He kicked his door open, before walking in, and locking the door, although he doubted that would do any good.
Tinsley sighed hearing his words she said "I don't need your help Tommy... I just... I'm just so tired of all this... This world has gone to shit and no one can do anything about it since we're all just concerned with money!" she walked over to her window opening it for the rat at the window seal to exit and it did.
Now, James's rent was a little higher, but not by much. That's because he was supplied with a small TV, and a couch. He always had the TV on the news, because he was so interested in politics, that he felt like he always had to know what was going on.
First day in and Adam was already considering being the asshole that files a noise report. He was halfway up to his apartment floor when he heard commotion outside and curiously peeked out of a staircase window; one which had half its glass missing. The sleek expensive car parked outside seemed almost like a silent insult to all of the building's inhabitants. Adam was sure that, like him and the guy yelling at the unwanted intruder, everybody probably hated Snob Richkid from the moment he stepped foot in their establishment.

With a grin Adam wondered if that car would even last a few minutes outside. He contemplated staying in his place to see if some annoyed poor citizen took the liberty of smashing the vehicle's windows in, but then decided that he had to unpack first.

Before that he whistled loudly from the window, hoping to catch the attention of the dark-haired guy (James), then, in the case of the man looking up, Adam would wave.
"Does this place got a presidential suite I didn't know about or is Lamborghini just visiting?"
Tommy looked at her and sighed "Tinsley... its gonna be okay... I'll help you with the bills..." he walked up closer to her, sitting the bills on her rickety table he hugged her saying "You'll be okay..."
He looked up, smirking. "If there is a presidential suite, I would've broken in by now. Sadly, it's just visiting.. Unless, you know.. You wanna steal it.."
Tinsley pushed him back slightly shaking her head "I can pay these myself... and your probably right... I just want to be alone right now okay Tommy?"
Adam laughed at that comment; in such a place a lot of people would be competing for the suite, legally or otherwise. At the other guy's suggestion, Adam raised an eyebrow.

He raised a finger, signalling the dark-haired man to wait there and made his way down the stairs, then went outside. He grinned at him, his chipped canine tooth making him look feral.
"If you cover me, it's ours. I got my tools in here." he said and patted the bag hanging over his shoulder.
"Alright." He motioned towards his dagger, then grinned wildly. "I gotcha'."
(I'll make a second floor apartments because this here is the first floor gimme a second)
Tommy nodded saying "Fine... I'll be back tomorrow to check on you... don't do anything stupid. He sighed exiting her apartment walking down to the lobby he handed the Landlord money saying "That's the money for Tinsley's apartment for the month." the Landlord nodded taking it.

(When people post at the same time this happens I fixed it. He's still there just downstairs.)
(I think there's a delay in posts.)
