They say New Petra is where they go to dwell--that shadowy city carved from stone, out in the rough and unclaimed wilds of Hell. They say it's a freeperson's city; that even the lowliest servant can rise to the rank of a noble, there. They say the Great Bazaar imports directly from the Middle Plane. They say it's ruled by a soldier who once marched against his Lord, and by a creature from depths foreign even to the Pit.
